Good place with great rates! Defiantly a place to consider if looking for a affordable stair age unit.

I have rented here for a few years. The new ownership has REALLY cleaned the place up, it looks like a whole new property. The staff is amazing and very professional & helpful. I can log on to my account and pay my bill. They are very reasonably priced, with long gate access hours & the place is extremely secure. Cameras and security gates are now installed on the property, instead of the security «dogs» making me feel THAT much more at ease. I have referred several people here, whom are very impressed themselves. I am a very happy tenant.

No online account viewing, no email address, no way for a person who is out of the country to keep consistent contact. I should have started my search for automobile storage earlier but I was in a time crunch and I found them on craigslist. Next time start early on car storage and use a nice place like Price Self Storage.

I love these guys! I have been a renter for several years. I loved the old ownership and have found only good things about the new ownership. They have been more than willing to help me and have been very courteous and patient with me when forgetting if I paid or not. The price is unbeatable, the fact that I can drive right up to my storage and put my OWN LOCK on it is wonderful. I am disabled and going up a flight of stairs and down a hallway with all my stuff is a horrible idea. So glad I don’t have to do that! I would highly recommend Spring Valley Storage. As a matter of fact, I have brought other friends and family here and now they are renters too. Love these guys!

I have been storing my items for 3 months now. And i love this place. Everyone is helpful and very nice. There is always a guy on a go cart driving around the units checking. Nicole helped me when i first walk in there to sign an agreement for one of their units .It was super fast and easy… not to mention that I got a deal compare to other units around the area. I would highly recommend this guys!

I had been a renter for over 3 years with the old ownership, once new ownership came in things changed for the worst quite quickly
One day walked in would not be allowed to access my unit until i complete a new lease agreement because they changed ownership. i am like i have to go to work asap, and maybe you should use mail or email to inform tenants of change
Last month got a phone call to get that i am late, i find out my unit rent went up 30% unilaterally unknown to me (had auto payment for the past three years). i was now behind in rent and would be evicted, i asked what happen, after a few phones call got clarification, they did not like me and wanted me out. Because i recommend to them earlier that when ownership changes to send out a update and request info if necessary. i had completed there lease and mailed it them and they claim they never got it. (never mailed or notified me, when i went to my unit)
Last weekend i closed out as the owner family gave me attitude and was absolutely rude. Best part was her mouth full of food, as she tells me, i got what i deserved. the only saving grace was that i was able to get my stuff out before these thugs took it.

Nicole was very nice and friendly. She showed me several units of different sizes to look at. I initially decided on a unit, and a couple of days later when I came to start putting my things in storage Nicole informed me about another unit that was more convenient for me. Thanks Nicole for all your patience and help with me.

I have been using The Spare Room, now Spring Valley Storage Center for many years. The new ownership has been very helpful and polite. The facility is large and made up mostly of retired shipping containers. New, secure gate being installed soon. RV storage also available.

I’ve been storing with this company for 10 years now. They recently changed owners and there’s a new guy working there I think his name is Daryl. He was very polite and understanding when I didn’t have time to fill out my new paperwork. The new owners now offer online payments which is so much easier on me do to my situation. I thought my rent would go up with new ownership but they kept it at the same price.
