First of all, I called them late in the afternoon on New Year’s Eve. Sam was very nice and helpful on the phone and even offered to stay open late that evening (after 5pm) so I could bring my car by after work to replace my cracked windshield. He quoted me a very reasonable price about $ 40 – 50 less than the others I had shopped. I told him that he didnt need to stay open late for me and the following Monday would be fine. He said he could come to my office to install it here for my convenience so I made the appt. It was raining on Monday morning, so he called and offered to pick up and take the car to his shop and bring it back in about 2 – 3 hours. When he arrived, I showed him that I had a little rust from a previous windshield replacement from another company. He graciously offered to fix it at no extra charge and even upgraded to a better weatherstripping, again at no extra charge. The car came back just as promised and the windshield looks great. I’m very happy with their outstanding customer service and Sam even gave me a nice pen as a thank you gift. These guys went of their way to please their customer. I would definitely use them again if I ever need a windshield replacement again and will recommend them to my friends.

I was referred to this place by another auto repair service who says he’s been dealing with Sam for years. I get on the phone & Sam, the owner, is super friendly & sound pretty genuine. I told him I don’t know Spring Valley very well (where his shop is located) and he says he’d come out to me in Mission Valley for free! That’s already about a $ 25 saving. He continued to put an end to my stress levels when he gave me a quote of less than $ 150 & having it done by the next day. You just can’t beat that with a stick! (I didn’t expect he’d have the part for my old 1994 vehicle so next day service is pretty quick in my books.)

After an unfortunate accident with a zhu zhu pet VS windshield the zhu zhu hamster won that round. I wont go into that story, lets just say the toy did not see round 2.

Seriously last time my windshield needed to be replaced it cost over $ 400 bucks!!! My SUV needs 4 pieces of trim removed in order to replace the windshield and the top piece is normally not reusable. Sam the owner and his guys took the time to carefully remove it so I did not have to replace, at the cost of over $ 200.00 just for the trim.
I was able to get a new windshield put on in no time at all and the guys were quick getting it back together before the next rain storm hits.
All this and for ½ of what I paid last time.
This shop is not all fancy, no waiting room TV and coffee and magazines. Just a bunch of parts laying around. But these guys just get down to business and will have you back on the road in a jiffy. They offer free mobile service and will come to your home or business.
I highly recommend theses guys if you need to replace any auto glass, only if you want to save some serious cash!!!
