History

Established in 2015.

In December 2012, an adorable «mom and pop» vacation rental business started under the name «The Resting Place» on Banker’s Hill — close to Little Italy and downtown San Diego. Less than 1 year later, it grew to become «The Sanctuary Guest Cottage» in Bay Park by SeaWorld and Pacific Beach. By February 2015 it had reaching a climactic final form as Spring Valley’s «The Sanctuary Guest Home.»

My wife Lindsey and I pride ourselves on making sure our guests have the best experience possible! You’ll get treated like royalty, and be as comfortable and relaxed as if you’re family. We LOVE San Diego, meeting new people, and making sure visitors get the most out of this wonderful city! We will email you back as soon as we hear from you, with a positive and helpful attitude that just comes natural, since we are just as excited about your trip as you are! We will be here to help you check in, and we are always just a phone call, text or email away if you need a special request to use in your suite, or for any concierge help with this exciting city! We have an array of household conveniences available to you, so if you can think of anything you may need, be sure to let us know!
