Wow. I just called to get pricing on sod and the woman who answered the phone has no clue about customer service. For one, she answered by her name, which caught me off guard so I didn’t even catch it. I wasn’t even sure I was calling a company. For two, after she unhappily gave me pricing on a pallet and individual sod, I couldn’t even get a ‘thank you’ out before she hung up on me. Thanks but no thanks. We will spend our money somewhere else that they are friendly and willing to help. Blows my mind how companies keep money flowing by being so rude.
