Okay I came here due to the reviews on Unilocal.I came in and there was a wait so I decided just go and the lady grabbed me by my arm and pressured me to stay so I did. I wanted acrylic nails with thin layer/​coat, round tip short nails. The lady who did my nails did not even file them and used «used materials» I was not happy I paid and left, I did not want to hurt anyone’s feelings but unfortunately I could not deal with the nails came back asked for my money back and if they could please take them off. She was very upset and and harsh while taking them off.

Sarah did an excellent job on my pedicure and her facials are amazing! Michael did my nails and I absolutely love them! I will be back!

Awesome service and excellent job on mani/​pedi. Service done and did not take a long time also provided beverages and wine if you prefer. Management was very helpful and went above and beyond to try and find a nail product to use on my nails for return services. The atmosphere is very pleasant and décor is very pretty. Shop is clean and sanitary. All of the staff was super friendly and ensured my satisfaction by asking questions and making sure I was happy. The location is very convenient so you can stop in while shopping or out running errands.
Actually had a new person this time and was not pleased with the direction of the pedicure… since I am paying my money I voiced my displeasure with the service in a very polite manner and was immediately accommodated. I would highly suggest finding your «go to person» and sticking with them. Everyone is new at some point so I understood just was trying to help him understand where he was lacking but the individual that was servicing me let the manager know on his own and was more than happy to let someone else finish the service. Great attitude to have and once again the management was awesome!!!

Excellent! So happy they have opened up in Spring! Do yourself a favor and give them a try. You will not go any place else after your first trip here!!!

This is by far the best nail spa I have been to in my whole life! They offer you drinks like soda, water and… WINE! They let you pick these nice scents to put in the water for your pedicure, they rub this seaweed stuff on your skin that makes it feel nice and soft and their leg and foot massages feel so good! They also put this plastic bag around your spa tub and throw it away when your finished so that it stays sanitary.

Five stars across the board.
Customer service– The staff goes out of their way way to ensure your comfort. They are sincerely nice people that want to make you happy.
Cleanliness — I am a clean freak, especially nail salons, very clean!
Ambiance– They have done a superb job designing this salon, I don’t think you’d find anything nicer in any metro area.
Products– I was shocked at the upscale products used for a simple pedicure, really top of the line organic oils. I had a facial, same thing.
Value– Good luck trying to match or beat! They manage to charge market and even below for extraordinary service!

Fabulous, professional and superb staff that does exceptional work! The atmosphere is such a special extra treat… not just naul salon but a whole relaxing experience. I had a manicure and scalp massage — both outstanding. I feel like a new woman!

Wonderful service for all three of us. Took us in quickly and did a great job. We will come again when we are in town. Husband got a massage while my daughter and I finished up our pedis and manis
On a side note I would not spend the extra money on the gel nail polish. It should last more than a week and a half — mine is already peeling and cracking.

I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a mani/​pedi in the area. Kenny did amazing job on my pedicure and was very creative. Maya gave a very firm massage on my forearms and did a wonderful job painting my nails. I prefer a salon that offer beverages and my choice of red wine was delicious. The place is very relaxing and clean.
