Tremendous service. Geno did not try to up sale me on a new head unit like i thought was needed. I got new speakers installed for a super fair price. i would recommend to anyone.

Brought my busted navigation cd player in for diagnosis and repair. A few days and $ 65 later they had it working again. Dealer wanted $ 1700+ and sourcing the part online is a gamble so definitely a win win. Great friendly service — appreciated their honesty and quality work. Robert — Spring, Tx.

I just got jerked around by these guys. Came in four days ago, booked the appointment, and took a half-​day off work. I show up on time and they tell me they don’t have the parts and they have to order them. They want to reschedule my appointment! How about a courtesy phone call to inform me? They are very disorganized and customer service is very poor. Very disappointed.

I went in to make my car stereo iPhone playable. They priced out all my options and did the install in about an hour. Super cool, knowledgeable, affordable.

This service area is hard to get any reviews. After checking them out as best I could, I had them do the work on my BMW. Kind of an unusual car… made in Europe. They have high end stuff and the prices are at a premium level, but they do have lots of lower cost choices. My goal was to dramatically improve a decent factory sound system and I was willing to spend some money. I decided to put in 10 speakers (German Maestro) and an Arc Audio amp, with some other signal modifiers to get this all to work. Left the existing radio and amp in (which I discussed with Bic and he did not push a new radio, so I felt they collaborated), so I did not mess up the BMW assist feature and bluetooth. Bic and his installers were also sound perfectionists and they wanted me to be happy. It was not noticeable to me, but the orginally installed set of door speakers had a faint buzz in them. They ordered replacements on their own and said they’d swap them out when they came in, which they did. In the end, though there was some inconvenience to taking it in twice, I think they took their time and did this job right. It was complicated. They did the up front research and explained everything to me in advance and I knew fully what the price would be. I am very happy that I chose them, as opposed to Mobile One or Car Toys or someone like that. I would recommend them for high-​end work.

To reply to the reviewer below, Bico cannot give out prices on some things due to agreements made — If you go to the store, they can probably cut you a better-​than-​advertised deal.
I had Bico Stereo do the install of my Pioneer AVIC, Dynaudio speakers, and a subwoofer and 4-​channel amp. Chris and Steven were very professional, prompt, and fixed issues that my previous installer had. They offer products that most local installers don’t, like German Maestro and Dynaudio, and they legitimately understand car audio installations and what they are doing. They’re not some chop-​shop that works at flea markets during weekends.
I’ve got another car that needs a sound system soon, and you can be sure I’ll be going back to Bico.

Not sure I would trust these guys, I could be wrong, but anyone who will not give you a price quote, is doomed in my books. Expect you to drive across Houston, to see if their price is decent/​competative with the other stereo places? Why not just tell me over the phone? With the economy like it is, especially gas prices through the roof, we are all trying to save a few bucks during the Christmas season. Plus I couldn’t understand a word the guy said… except that he «couldn’t give me price quote!»
