Allen was fantastic. I texted the number provided and he responded in an hour to my cracked iPhone 5s screen. He came to my home and replaced my screen with a lifetime warrantied one within 45 minutes for $ 99. I forgot to check in for the $ 10 promo :(

They did not have my part in stock, but its an older model and the part isn’t readily available. The team at Icracked went out of their way to locate the part in Houston and helped to fix my phone before I had to leave on a business trip. I will definitely recommend this service to anyone. Quick, awesome service! My 2 year old threw my phone from the stairs, the screen cracked and was no longer usable. I called the next morning and made an appointment for someone to come to our house at noon. He fixed the screen in 20 minutes. $ 150 (iPhone 6). Would definitely use them again.

Had my cracked iPhone 6 repaired by Al. Filled out the online service request form, and had a technician at my office within 2 hours. Very professional, quick, and I have a fully functioning phone again. Very pleased!

I had a phenomenal experience with this organization! Emilie is the sweetest nicest person in the world. Al came out to my house and attempted to repair my phone. We thought it was the screen but a screen swap didn’t fix the issue. He took my phone and delivered it the next day. The phone was working again. Only issue I had was sound was working before the fix, then sound did not work after the fix. However, my phone was completely submerged in chlorine pool water (my wife threw me in our pool) and Al was able to bring it back to life. After I told Al that the sound was not working he came right back out the next day to exchange the speaker, docking connection, and even went somewhere else to buy more new parts for the phone… Conclusion was that we couldn’t revive the speaker on the phone… Al tried everything in the book. After all was said and done, and after about 2 hours of labor, I offered him some cash for the troubles and he declined. Says so much about this organization. They are here to help and not to take your money. I did not end up getting my sound fixed, however, Al’s dedication, respect, kindness, and will to help convinced me that there is no better organization to fix my electronics than Broke Gadget (Al). We have 6 iPhones, 4 tablets, and 5 computers… I know exactly who will be working on my gadgets in the future.

My husband cracked his screen on his lg phone and he wasn’t able to press any buttons. Broke gadget had the part in the very next day and fixed it right up. They were very easy to work with and convenient. I would definetly use them again!

I had a phenomenal experience from beginning to end. The woman who scheduled my appointment was so pleasant and upbeat, she got me in as quickly as she could (the next morning!!!) and even apologized for not being able to squeeze me in that day (I had no expectation that they would be able to)…so rare for businesses these days to strive for such an excellent customer experience. Allen came to fix my phone the next morning, he was on time and efficient and, in keeping with my earlier theme, wonderfully pleasant and friendly! I would highly recommend him and his services and will certainly be using them again!

Allan was so helpful! Came right to us and picked up our iPads and fixed them up perfectly! And when there was an issue with the iPad mini repair he took care of the whole thing and didn’t charge a penny extra, sticking with his original quote. He also took the time to work with me on returning them since my mom was out of town and it needed to be dropped off at a different location than the pick up. Communication was excellent and I was always up to date! Will definitely use him again in the future for all repairs!

My daughter dropped her phone out of the car onto the driveway and it shattered! I called and made an appointment and they fixed it and had it looking brand new! They offered me insurance for the phone as well! Which comes out cheaper than having it with my cell provider! These guys are awesome!

Absolutely wonderful experience! Allan made repairing my iphone an easy and stress-​free process. After making the initial appointment, the communications were frequent and detailed. He arrived on time and was very professional and friendly answering all of my questions and concerns. I felt very comfortable having him in my home to repair my phone. I highly recommend Allan and will always request his service for any device repair.

Had another great experience. Allan fixed my screen and a week later it was coming apart. I contacted iCracked and they reached out to him. He contacted me the next day and was ready to meet me again. He fixed my phone once more. Later we found that a sensor was not working properly. He ordered a new one and had it fixed in no time. Awesome guy and even better customer service. Would highly recommend.

Allen is an awesome young man. Very professional, very courteous and very fast. Had my sons iPhone 5s with a cracked and unresponsive screen replaced in in less than 20 minutes. The replacement screen even had a tempered glass screen protector pre installed.
I would highly recommend it Allen for any I device.

Allan did an amazing job.
My mother had a friend with an iPhone that had a cracked screen. I, having repaired I phones in the past, offered my service. After having repaired the iPhone and being careful to not damage anything, it wouldn’t turn on at all. I tried everything. I spent hours on the internet looking for a solution but nothing helped at all. I had to return the phone in 2 days. I was stressed out of my mind.
I contacted Allan for help and he messaged me almost immediately. I told him my situation and he said he’d look at it and help. I immediately went to his location where I met Emilie and handed over the iPhone. I told her my story and she reassured me they’d do their best. The next morning I wake up to a text from Allan saying he fixed it. I was so relieved.
