Specialties
Simply… We are an Italian Family that got to this amazing country just over 4 years ago. We are from Imola, a small town nested on the hills, 55 miles east of Florence.
We serve nothing but Italian recipes. Our specialties: homemade pasta, velvet sauces, chicken and veal scaloppine, Florentina steaks, seafood and fillet mignon w/Gorgonzola…
Desserts all made daily by us: Tiramisu, Mascarpone, Salame de Papa, Panna Cotta
We really do everything with fresh ingredients because is the only way we know. Taste is extremely important and we believe you should experience what we cook because it has the unique rich healthy taste of our culinary heritage.
This is a good way for us to share what we know best with our new neighbors.
Try us out. We are not expensive.
BYOB– $ 5 corking fee per bottle
Reservation strongly suggested on weekends

Welcome at Capri…
History
Established in 2009.
We opened Sept 2009.
We have been surprised about guests response to our marketing plan:
Word of mouth. Thank you very much!
We take pride out of our passion.
Excuse our English/Italian: we’re learning.
Meet the Business Owner
Barbara and Maurizio M.
Business Owner
Barbara and Maurizio parents of four.
We have Italian restaurant experience but what really matters is our passion.
We love food and people that enjoy it.
Food is peace and joy. Sure is that we cannot meet the taste of every single person but we really like the faces of our customers when they try our authentic Italian Family traditional recepies.
Thanks to Maurizio profession in the oil business, we all came to TX in 2005.
In the effort to learn the way of living here we had to find a way to get integrated in to our new Nation: USA.
What better way to do it than to cook…
Thank you to you all.
Barbara, Simone, Alessio, Federico, Riccardo and Maurizio
