My first time at this location for their Free Breakfast! Line was not unbearable long, but moving rather quickly compared to other locations. I like most locations. This one in particular was ok with my ordering last minute for kids milks… EXCEPT she charged me for milks and forgot to give them to me. Understandably, on a busy morning with their promo! Unfortunately, it would be so much faster to walk in and get them, but with little ones I wasn’t going to take in and out. Thankfully, they were nice and brought the milks out to me without having to get in the long line again! Btw– I didn’t really like the sausage biscuit sandwich. I ordered an extra meal… Everything tastes better when eaten HOT.

One star for the FOREVER crazy lines during the rush lunch hour. I’m not kidding you would think they were giving away the food for free. However, with that being said, the chicken sandwich, the chicken salad sandwich, the waffle fries, the FROZEN lemonade? Yum Yum get in my Tum Tum say my kids. and me. I’d avoid this place during lunch.

Let’s start off by saying I love chick fil a! I usually have a good experience. I was in town for work so I came by this location for a quick lunch and walked in and got a chicken market salad to go. I get to work and notice I have everything in my salad except the chicken. I eat it all of course then I call the manager to let him know what happened; he hand delivers me another salad plus a cookie at work. The best part is he was super nice about it. I have never had such great service! Kudos Jeff keep it up!

I understand this store is in a popular location but the crew couldn’t be anymore unfriendly. Don’t pay attention to the customers. Some of them are just rude. The manager just stares at people. I work in the food industry too and that’s no way to act or make customers feel. I’m slowly disliking this company

Has anyone ever been to a bad chick-fil-a? I mean, really? I haven’t. I was in the area, and usually, when out of Katy, I try to go to some place local. The fact is that the Katy branch of this place? It usually has a line out into the main road that leads to traffic issues. Katy people LOVE the CFA! So that’s why I decided to come here rather than some place in the Woodlands that is more«local». If I wait until I go home, I would have to wait in a line for 20 minutes possibly while angry drivers honked at me for blocking the road because that is how long the line is! So yes, I like CFA, I just don’t like it enough to wait 20 minutes for it.

The staff are super über friendly. Even in my worst day, they were so nice and made me feel better. The place is always clean and they are SOFAST. They are also helpful with carrying things and helping me get settled when I’m solo with the baby, which I really appreciate(:

OK it is fast good and usually good. Chicken sandwich had good flavor as it typically does. Fries!!! You only make a few items why would the grease you fry the fries in be old off flavor and not hot enough !!! They had a bad taste and greasy. After tasting one had to throw the meal away I thought I was going to be sick. A few years ago this location was great and had a fun atmosphere. Don’t know why it has changed but it has gone BAD! Great for a drink with free refills but stay away from the good at this location.

I love chick fil a! This location is fast & friendly but always have at least 10 cars in drive through all the time. So don’t be in a hurry when you come.

I ate lunch here today with my daughter & grandson and it was great. The food was all very good & fresh. We stayed for a couple of hours while my grandson played in the play area with age appropriate kids. Many other places with play areas do not pay attention and very big kids run over the little kids, I appreciate that they do not allow it. The staff was extremely nice & pleasant, a rarity in fast food establishments.

chick –fil-a, like many other chains, got one thing mastered… consistency. sure, sprinkle on a little bible thumping and anti-gay leather bondage play, but that is a different topic in itself(hayyyyy SF!) i work down the street from this location. when i don’t want to sit in the break room and awkwardly listen my colleagues smack their food or be ecstatic about their weekend gardening plans… i jump in the car and grab some fast food. chick-fil-a is usually my go-to because i don’t eat burgers and something in subway sandwiches put me in a mental mind coma. i try and make it a habit of not reviewing fast food chains(see above: consistency) but this located deserved my little fit i am about to throw. i usually just grab chick-fil-a to go at most locations, since i have a window of time to kill i usually dine in at this particular location. service is spectacular and food is good. but… STAYATHOMEMOTHERSOFTHEWOODLANDS, PUTYOURKIDSON A LEASH! i mean, seriously. keep their unchanged diaper asses in the playplace or keep them at your table. its a zoo in here! i will say, it is not the restaurants fault… the patrons feel some level of entitlement to let their kids run around the restaurant while they weasel their husbands for another $ 100 for a pedicure. 1) eating and trolling twitter. little girl sits at my table and stares at me. a little awkward, sure, but whatever. just ignore her and eat. then she starts banging on the table(like most girls. give them no attention and they will demand i!) as the mother didn’t even notice she had left the playplace. 2) kids just running all over the place. no destination in mind. mothers scurrying after them. if i wanted this much action i would’ve had lunch at chucke cheese! at least i get a free show and play a few rounds of skee ball! so if you take your kids there, please, for the sake of all of us who are just trying to escape the office for half an hour, please keep an eye on your kids. you’re a stay at home mom, GREAT! you have ONE job and you’re failing! after today i am just going to eat in the car. a Polynesian sauce stain on a white dress shirt is worth the frustration of dining in. /rant GREATSTAFFANDSANDWICHESTHOUGH!

WAFFLEFRIESANDFREEWIFI!!! SCORE! Love me some Chick-Fil-A! Weird thing though — I always crave it crazy bad on Sundays… when subconsciously I know it’s closed :/hmm… This one in The Woodlands is PRETTY packed around lunchtime(noonish) on weekdays so beware of that. KUDOS: +sometimes when busy they’ll have extra staff outside taking drive-thru orders +yummy lemonade & sweet tea(sometimes a little too sweet though so I’ll say half sweet and half not) +their Chick-Fil-A sauce is BOMB +their honey mustard bbq sauce is BOMB +serves breakfast — chicken minis, also BOMB +great customer service

Why isn’t this reviewed yet? Yeah it’s a CFA, yeah’s it’s GREAT! They’re tenders are not that great though. Go to Raising Cane’s for that. But yeah, it’s a good, solid CFA, love their sandwiches. Their chicken salad sandwich is also surprisingly good. Good tasty salad, and the bread is a cool wheat bread with great texture and flavor. This location is a madhouse during lunch though, parking is nuts. I park across the street and walk past all the people waiting in line for drive through: D Polynesian sauce. Try it, it’s greattt. Will be back many more times for yummy’ness, but not my favorite place for lunch just cuz it is so hectic and doesn’t seem to have enough parking…
