The brisket here is the real deal. Slow smoke flavor thru and thru. Brisket has that char outside, pink smoke ring inside, then fades to a perfect brown. It is seasoned to the point that it never needs a dash or drop of anything just melts in your mouth. Never ever dry like some que can be. The homemade links are also verrrry good, black and crumbly just the thing wrapped in white bead with sauce. This sauce is homemade not fixedd up bottled stuff. Don’t leave without a few smoked boudains for later, if you do you’ll be oh! so sorry. When you finish eating this bar-b-que you’ll smell just like you’ve been standing over that pit. Oh, and the sides aren’t bad either. Beans and potatoe salad just right. There’s nothing like consistency with the product and this place has it in spades. So get your fork and head on over. Believe me it’s worth the drive I’ve done it a time or two and in this heat. Was well worth my time and gas. Oh, their closed Sunday and Monday. Got to clean up some time.
