History

Established in 2014.

Concierge Auto Repair is a joint venture between three partners, with extensive dealership background. Here, you get only the positive side of the dealership experience you would expect but without the dealership pricing.

We may be a new shop but have worked together many years at other shops that did not live up the the customer service standards we have set for ourselves.

This is OUR shop and it is different from any other repair shop you have ever dealt with. We are not looking for one time customers. We are looking for life time customers. We want to repair every car you own, your family owns, your neighbors own, your co-​workers own! For as long as you own them.

There are only two ways we can do this. Trust and quality. You have to trust us and know that we will do only quality repairs on your vehicle. No short cuts, no cheap parts.

Jim Hughes has been in the Automotive Industry for over 25 years. He knows Cars. The only thing he knows better than cars is Customer Service. That, coupled with the expertise of his Co-​owner and Master Technician make Concierge Auto Repair a force to be reckoned with in the auto repair business in and around Spring.

One call to Jim and you will immediately know this is not your typical shop. This is not a corporate owned store.

There is no $ 100 fee to simply look at your car. There are are no share holders to answer to, no profit margin per ticket that has to be met. Just quality work and fair pricing.
