I really enjoyed the pizza and the crust with ranch dressing was a nice touch. I wish we had one back in Louisville.

Update. So last night we ordered the Monthly special pizza which was the Chicken Enchalada. We ordered online and put in the comment section to please put the onions on the side not on the pizza. Well, the pizza came with onions on it. We called the manager ‘Andrew’ at the store and he said it was not in the computer saying no onions. But, he said I will make you and new pizza and personally deliver it. And he did! And what we found out was the stores computer was not showing the ‘comments’ section for the cooks to read. It only comes up after the pizza is made and they print the receipt. They will fix that. I just have to say the customer service will keep us coming back here.

They are under new management and the place looks great! Pizza was delicious and the dessert and salad bar were great too with a lot of options. Definitely recommend family pizza night or casual date night at Double Daves

Great atmosphere. Sign outside says new management. We were greeting as soon as we walked in the door, offered a stamp card for frequent flyers, and two buffets were $ 20 with drinks. Clean and fast! Will be back!

I’ve been here probably ten times. It’s a decent buffet. There’s enough variety, a good quality product, and it’s clean enough to not be skeezed out. However, of the ten times I’ve been, twice the oven has been out, and today the credit card machine wasn’t working.(I was unfortunately not told this till after I sat through a guy writing a check, the cashier figuring that out, a lady paying with a $ 100 bill, and the cashier counting back $ 93 in change — so add a personnel problem to my list of complaints…) Because my lunchtime is limited and they are very inconsistently able to provide service, I cannot recommend this Double Dave’s location.

This was our first visit to this particular DD, but will likely be our last. We ordered pepperoni rolls and one single roll had pepperoni. The others were cheese rolls apparently. We were not very thrilled, to say the least.

The pizza they make is FIVESTAR. If you can get it. I go there for buffett often because im a sucker for good pizza, but every time I go there is barely any pizza, or really weird flavours of pizza. Also i couldnt get a seat because –every– table that wasnt being used was covered in used plates. I told the guy behind the counter and he did snap to and get them cleaned off in a hurry, which i really appreciate. The stromboli is so, so very amazing. The margherita pizza is also very good, they do have a terrific meat lovers pizza which I am drueling about right now. The salad bar is okay as well. It would get five stars, but they have had a broken table in the place for… many months now, which I find weird. Besides that the place is great, definitely recommend it.

I will never order from here again. I have given them several chances and always late late late. Last time I was promised a free order and then they ended up charging me anyways. I told them I was going to leave this review… Ugh!

Very rude cashier & manager. I gave two stars for the food because it was good, but my first impression could not have been worse. They would not honor the free kids meal age stated online. If they do not support it that it’s fine, but the attitude was not only unnecessary, but extremely unprofessional. I will not be back.

Pretty good pizza. Better than the chain pizza places… breadsticks, pizza, and desert pizza were all good!

LOVE their meat lovers pizza and the ranch they serve with it. Their Philly Cheesesteak calzone is also very good. A bit pricy but for the size of the pizza and amount of toppings it’s definitely worth it!

I found a flyer in my hotel room for this pizza place so I thought I would give it a try… BADCHOICE!!! First off the pizza was late; just under an hour and a half from the time I ordered it till the time it was actually delivered. The delivery guy(who was very nice and apologetic) said they sent him to the wrong hotel. This was truly the least concerning part of the entire ordeal. I ordered the thin and crispy crust but unfortunately there wasn’t ANYTHING«crispy» about it. This was the worst pizza crust I have ever had. Since it was thin there was absolutely no support to the pizza when you picked it up. You literally had to use 2 hands. There was no crunch whatsoever but yet a really soft/soggy spongy bottom; for lack of better words. The worst part about this entire situation is the way I was treated when I called in to discuss my displeasure. I was handed off to a supervisor and began explaining my experience with him. His response was baffling!!! He told me that is what to expect when I order the«thin and crispy» and if I would have liked it extra crispy then I should has specified that when I ordered the pizza… doesn’t «thin and crispy» imply that there would be SOME crunch to it?! HOWISTHISCUSTOMERSERVICE? There was no empathy at any point in conversation, he really couldn’t care less. Finally the only thing he offered was to make me a new pizza but he refused to deliver it, I would have to pick it up… the whole point of this was to have it delivered so I wouldn’t have to leave my hotel. By far, this is the worst customer service I have experienced in a LONG time… maybe ever! So I’ll sum this up, poor communication on delivery, HORRID pizza and the worst customer service ever. I will never spend another dime with this facility ever and I hope you will weigh this review heavily before deciding to waste your money on an establishment like this.

I eat here regularly. They allow me to stick around and write in my spare time. Staff is very kid friendly — I brought my daughter for first time this weekend and the lady at the counter brought some dough for her to shape her own dessert pizza. Only negative if you have small kids is that the bench booths can be uncomfortable so have them sit in chairs. The buffet, if you like buffets, is always fresh. Always fresh — even when they have two visitors. You’ll either like the pizza or you won’t — the crust isn’t processed product with ‘cheese’ butter and garlic fused in. The crust is made with basic ingredients and has no preservatives. If you haven’t tried their pizza then do so. Whether you like it or not you won’t hate it –and if you like it you’ll love it.
