Firestone Complete Auto Care

Just spent $ 300 for lifetime alignment, tire rotation (did not get done) and balance, and oil change. My tires are shaking worse than before. I have to bring my car back in tomorrow morning inconveniently. I will update my review then.
Things went better today, the gentleman that helped us in the front was very friendly and attentive. He also watched and supervised the technician as he worked on the car. The car drives absolutely better now. Thank you Firestone for responding. I truly want this location to thrive. I will email you with the information.

I’ve had tires put on my car twice at this location, and twice they did not put on the right size. I went in today just to get air put in my tires. I waited in lobby while two workers were helping other customers. I must have stood there for 10 minutes while no one even acknowledged me. A simple «hi, we will be right with you» goes a long way! Who manages this place?! Needless to say I walked out without services rendered after one worker walked around me while I was waiting and still did not acknowledge my existence. I’ll just drive 15 miles in the opposite direction on my low tire for better costumer service.

These guys do honest good work! Keurig for your wait. Clean restrooms. 55k miles a year traveled and can trust the tires, save on the lifetime warranty and have peace of mind. Thanks

The bathrooms were relatively clean. That’s about where the positives end.
I received a guaranteed price online. Show up to get the work done, and the woman behind the counter proceeds to tell me the online price was wrong. Even going as far as to pull up the batteries for my car on her system (that she couldn’t figure out how to work properly) and then try and tell me that was proof for the price being wrong? I’m still confused by that.
Don’t go here. This place is the reason mechanics and body shops get a bad name. There are a ton of other places around. Go to one of them instead.

Well. When I receive good service I make sure that I post a positive review for any place that I visit. These guys @ Firestone are very professional and friendly. I used Firestone in OKC previously and when I relocated to Spring I decided to give them a visit. Same friendly service, the staff was knowledgable and courteous, and the wait time was very reasonable.
I highly recommend this shop.

I don’t like leaving bad feedback, but this place pushed me over the edge this week. I took my car in because the TPMS was flashing a «Tire Too Low» message, and I could tell that my passenger rear tire had a slow leak. Ok I am no dummy, I needed new tires anyway. I have used this shop before for tires on this car and they did a great job. Cool, they will do a great job again right?! No :(
I called ahead, I had an appointment, and I left it in their hands for a few hours.
Here are my issues:
1^st — They told me it would be done by closing time. 7pm. Well I didn’t leave there until around 8.
2^nd — They had to call me to let me know they quoted me the WRONG size of tire. They’d seen my car before, there’s history there. HOW is it that they didn’t know what kind of tire my care takes… that’s their JOB to know!
3^rd — I have trepidation about them using the «kit» for the TPMS and charging me for it. I get that they have to fondle it to change the tire so what ever my hands are kind of tied on it. Well Surprise Surprise, the day after I leave… the TPMS is flashing a malfunction in the system.
So I take my car back to them to let them know that the sensor is malfunctioning. Thinking that the correlation between them fiddling with it and it breaking right after is obvious. Well, I guess not. They wanted to charge me to replace the sensor!
Fat chance they will get anymore of my business. My plan: ask my regular mechanic if he has the tools to change out the tires and next time I will just order them off of
and take my car to people who aren’t inept.

Brought the car in today to have a nail removed from one of the tires. Called in days before to inquire if I needed an appointment or leave the car. I arrived at 710am and was told I would have to leave the car for a few hours because it is BLACK FRIDAY. I was not told this over the phone! I was told to bring it in early and the tire would be repaired promptly. This location lost the sale and the future tire sale since this car has Firestone tires. I drive across the street to WAL-​MART and there was NO WAIT and it was half the cost too, $ 10. The whole process took about 35 minutes. I was surprised with WAL-​MART on Black Friday!
