This is a beautiful salon with expert staff who are interested in your comfort and your happiness with results. My stylist, Lana, has styled my hair for 15 years — I can’t imagine anyone else so tuned in to what her customer wants, and her confidence in what she does is backed up by years of experience, training, and from what I’ve experienced, innate talent and love for her job. Not only can she do anything you ask (within reason for your hair type, of course, and sometimes she can do styles I’ve thought not possible for my hair type), but she takes the time to tell you how to use the products and tools to get the same look yourself and advises you on how to keep it healthy. And to top it off, she is the most positive person I know — so when you leave the salon, not only does your hair look great, after chatting with Lana, you feel like she’s your best friend AND like you are the queen of the world!
The rest of the staff is very friendly and helpful too. Not to mention, it’s a beautiful, relaxing setting… why did I write this — I should be hoping no one reads it — this will make it harder for me to get my next appointment!;)

For 5 years Nancy Addington has been my go-​to hair stylist and has consistently given me excellent service in a timely fashion and has helped me get the most out of my experience.
I have always recommended her and referred my family and friends. Men, women, and children will all benefit from her years of experience and her award winning styles which have been featured in professional publications. Nancy is a seasoned professional and will exceed your expectations. She is committed to a standard of excellence and client satisfaction.

I recommend Rachel! She is a miracle worker. I got my color done too and it looks perfect! Mohammed is great! If you wanna feel pretty book the dream team!

I’ve been going to Mo for 3+ years and can’t say enough about his coloring abilities. My first visit with him (before Flair) I said I wanted lighter blonde and I’ll trust you to do the rest. He gave me a beautiful blonde color with honey and taupe low lights. I’ve wanted that type of color job for ages and no one could master it until Mo.
Since he and a partner have opened Flair I have enjoyed my visits. I’m always offered something to drink, the staff is friendly and makes you feel comfortable. They offer other services in addition to hair care: nail services and a massage therapist.

All of the stylists are fantastic!!! I have been to Flair several times, having seen Cynthia, Jeannette and Monica. They are all super personable and give an amazing hair cut! I haven’t been able to find a stylist I’ve loved since I left New York, but I have found THREE at Flair. They always shape my long hair beautifully, giving it more volume. The shape lasts a long time, even when I don’t trim frequently. Also, Monica will do free bang trims between cuts (not sure about the others). I have found the front desk staff to be lovely as well. I can usually get an appointment at the last minute, too, which has saved me many times. And finally, free cookies!

Mohammad contacted me regarding the last unsatisfied visit. He promised to make things right and convinced me to give him a 2^nd chance.
Mohammad listened to exactly what I wanted and reviewed options with me. Also, he gave me tips on how to make the color last longer and prevent fading. My hair color turned out PERFECT! I absolutely love the color, the feel, and the shine. This is what I want and will definitely be back.
Monica did my hair cut and style. She is very personable and a fantastic stylist. I plan on using her for all my future cuts.
Everyone there is friendly and helpful.

Rude. Could not make a massage appointment due to an emergency and the Masseuse called and yelled at me and called me a «Child» for not calling and canceling. She was demanding I give her my credit card number to charge me. The receptionist didn’t mention that I’d have to pay even if I missed it. Talking to the manager tomorrow to report how abusive the masseuse was on the phone. Never going here and telling everyone I know what happens when you miss an appointment.

I love this salon. I do not trust anyone else with my hair but Lara. She, along with everyone else there, is so friendly and personable and she knows how to do great, trendy hair cuts. I’ve asked for certain things at other salons before and they hair dresser said it wasn’t possible, but Lara takes my requests and does her magic. Worth the price and worth the drive!

First off, if you didn’t know I’m a dude. But I’m getting my haircut at a salon? Weird. I’ve been going to same girl for awhile, she does a great job. Never any complaints on the quality of her work. The salon is nice looking. My only issue is, me being a dude, I get offered wine and water. I have to ask myself why is there no beer? Wine has sulfites and during the day I steer clear of the Good Grape Juice because it makes me just want to sleep. But a cold beer would cap off getting a great new do!

WOW!!! Gorgeous new Salon and Spa filled with amazing, talented, professional hair stylists, colorists, and massage therapists!!! Lara, an owner and a highly experienced hair stylist, gives her personal clients and all other clients her personal attention every time with a guaranteed return! Lara, will make sure you leave Flair with that ear-​to-​ear smile and a fabulous new look! She will listen to you and give you what you want and make sure the style fits your look and personality! Oh, can’t forget to mention the shampoo chairs, they are heated for a relaxing muscle massage… AMAZING!!! For color, I’d recommend Dee, who has 28 years of experience and can do wonders for a well deserved pampered treat! The name of salon and spa is perfect, this place is full of FLAIR!!! And I will spread the word to all my family and friends, and will for sure return for a 100% fully satisfied services! Good Luck and Lots of Success!

FABULOUS! The facility is stunning and everyone there is so gracious and professional. Mo is a true artist! He is the best color specialist in TW… I have used many! Cindy does my cuts and she is so precious. I look forward to going!
PS. The wash room is an experience all its own! Chairs, lighting, perfection!
