This is a typical small, family run, strip mall smoke shop. Customer service is prompt and very friendly, they remember you after the first time you go in. I have gone into this shop for about a year. I have purchased an e-cig, Suicide Bunny juice, and a hookah.
On first appearance, this shop looks like a typical head shop, typical pipes, water pipes, etc., not really a focus. Mods are typical Chinese made mods, they do have nautilus tanks, which is nice. The primary draw is the large selection of pipes (which I don’t use) and a decent selection of hookahs. Where this shop shines is the pleasant, personalized, eager, attentive customer service that actually gets to know their customer. The same guy has been present for 6 out of the 7 times I have gone into the shop.
