Food order was lost by the computer the manager said. We had to wait about 30 minutes or longer to get the meals. Everything else was fine, but they should have offered to comp some of the ticket, or at least a free dessert or beverages. Poor customer service!

we went to have breakfast with some friends after I night out and we had the worst service ever, we ordered our meals and after been waiting for 30 mints, we decided to ask the server(Tim) why it was taking so long for our food to be deliver, he simply told us that they didn’t have not even one cook working and that the manager was cooking and this is incredible but true he told us that if we wanted our food to be brought in faster to go in in the kitchen and help on cook it. Amazing !!! Right after he said that we left and I will never ever will come back to this place anymore.

I go here often(like 2x a week), and the food is subpar, but I like breakfast and coffee. Lately, the service is getting worse, but the worst part is management. They have known about their coffee/water/soda issue for weeks, and the owner refuses to put out the money to fix it. I haven’t had a cup of coffee in two weeks, and the first thing the waitress said is, «I wouldn’t order the coffee or soda if it was me, stick to OJ or milk».

I love breakfast food and I love having a variety to choose from when I go get breakfast. IHop has always been my go to place. There have been recent renovations made to this location and has helped make this place look a little cleaner and open. However, when busy, the slow busing of the tables and lack of a host make this place not inviting. I love the large menu and I always go in here craving something, but then ordering something else. Lol The reason I’m only giving this place 3 stars is because service is a hit or miss. I always end up waiting forever to be sat for a table. But when I’m sat, Whitney and Tim are great servers to get and they’re always prompt and accommodating. Some of the other servers I’ve had have been either too friendly AND slow at the same time, or not friendly at all and I have to wait forever just to get a refill.

We go to this particular unit quite often live about five minutes away love the food they need to cut out the broccoli and put the carpeting back in the stores though the hard surface is making it so loud it hardly hear yourself think compared to what it used to be and enough with the broccoli otherwise our usual good meal good service

One of our favorite places for a family breakfast. Service is spotty. We either get outstanding service mediocre service. This time very slow service and it wasn’t that busy.

Pretty average for an ihop but the servers are unprofessional and seem inexperienced. Regardless, sometimes IHOP is just what I need to satisfy

How hard is breakfast? We had an early start today with no breakfast. Decided at the last minute to stop at Ihop. I have eaten at Ihops in the past so my expectations were not very high — yet I was still very disappointed. It started with our waiter getting our drink order wrong — there were only three of us. Our silverware was dirty and I mean all three sets. When breakfast came my eggs were not cooked, my hashbrowns which I ordered well done were not cooked and my toast was unbuttered. We left fed, but will not be returning here even if we are desperate. On the way out needed to use the restrooms — BIGMISTAKE! I have seen cleaner restrooms at gas stations.

Best breakfast place ever. My boyfriend and I visit this location about twice a week and we love it. I’m surprised by their fish and chips because it was amazing! Perfectly breaded. The service is probably some of the best I’ve ever had at any place. Everyone is super friendly. Ashley is the bomb.

Went there for lunch, but wanted breakfast. First we were taken to back of restaurant where all the tables had not been cleared… bad sign. Then we finally got seated(it was not busy) and our waitress took order than disappeared. Finally a guy came and checked our order. Later it arrived but was COLD! Eggs… bacon…pancakes COLD. Fried eggs husband got… ice cold. We will never return to that place.

Worst and slowest service on the face of the planet! From the monte we walked in, the manager who seated us was rude and didn’t greet us, walked ahead of us, pretty much threw the menus on a table and walked away. When the waiter finally came over he took our drink orders and ran away before we could give him the food order as well. Thirty minutes later we get our food, which was cold :(the only time there was any sense of urgency was when they wanted to take our money and then they couldn’t figure out how to run the gift card. Don’t waste your time! Make your pancakes at home people!

Server forgot to put in our order. 40 minutes later my food comes out with a hair in it. Did I mention I’m 6 months pregnant? Thanks for nothing and that hour I’ll never get back.

The service was average. The food was awful. No flavor eggs. Nasty hashbrowns. Very small portions on the kids’ menu. It’s open 24 hrs, so the smell is just moldy and diety. Makes me wonder if it’s actually clean. Thus IHOP is probably best for 3 am drunk food when U can’t really taste it and all U really want is coffee.

it is your typical IHOP restaurant. The food is consistent and the staff is always friendly. Visit periodically and have never had a bad experience.

Ate here on a Wednesday evening and restaurant was almost desolate… even of hostess/servers. Stood at the front of the restaurant waiting to be seated for a good few minutes, finally a man in a purple shirt(assuming the manager) came and sat us without saying a word. The area he sat us had this pungent odor of mold that made it difficult to keep our appetites. Complained to our server and he politely explained that it was their carpet… Drinks came out quickly but food took over 30 minutes and omelet was clammy and cold. Onion rings were stale. Food was overall unpleasant and despite our server being generally polite, he paid very little attention to our table and had to wave him down to pay our bill. Restaurant was still mostly desolate. Very unpleasant experience, unfortunate because I’ve eaten here before and experience wasnt this terrible. Will not be back here for awhile.

I HOP a 4 star? Yes this one has raised it’s bar and has a whole new fun menu. We were going to go to Bikini’s to check it out but while trying to find a parking place we noticed a lot of overly Happy Men coming and going at dinner time. So after taking a peak inside I decided to leave it an all mens place with the bikini servers and we went to I HOP. Well we had the best server, Arshawna. She gave us 5 star service. She’s been exposed to excellent training previously. I ordered an ice tea which came in a whole decanter with freshly brewed tea. Make sure you ask for plenty of ice if it’s freshly brewed. Plus they offer several unique flavored iced teas also. They have specials 7 for $ 7 and the reg menu. I almost ordered the chicken strips and waffles but changed to the fresh blueberry compote pancakes with eggs sunny side up, perfect non oily hash browns and sausage. Everything was Perfectly cooked and served with a smile and professionalism. Hubby enjoyed his also and was impressed and happy. We’ll definitely be back to try more of their new breakfasts for dinner.
