At first they seemed very helpful, but they were forgetful, demanding, and at times downright rude… not the best behavior when a loved one has passed. I felt like I was at a fast food restaurant making decisions when I was handed the menu of burial choices. Not very friendly! I could never recommend anyone using their services! They are a big company that has many staff, and they could not get things done on time and then rushed us because of their incompetence. I felt like it was all about money!
