Established in 1982.

Klein Mini Storage started out as a small boat storage facility in 1982. The first 20 storage units were added in 1984 and through the years it has grown to it’s present size. The owners are original natives to Klein community. The facility was built on land the family has owned since 1902.

Klein Mini Storage was built on a portion of land the family has owned since 1862. The facility started out as 10 boat stalls from a converted chicken house in 1982 and expanding in 1984 to the present location. The facility slowly expanded over the years to it’s present size. The remaining land continues to be used to as a farm to graze cattle.
