It should be a crime to bag groceries the way they do. Today I got cans with my doughnuts, yogurt, potatoes, cookies — all seperate bags, as if it’s a flipping requirement to put a can in every bag! Also, my cheese slices got smushed in a bag with a giant bottle of vegetable oil. Multiple bags contained dry pantry items with condensating frozen ones. Nothing like spending $ 160 just to watch it get crammed into the cart to bruise and melt on the way home!!!

I’ve been coming to this store for a year and a half since I moved in close by. I thought it was great at first, but as time went by I started noticing their consistent flaws. There’s never any grocery carts at the door because they’re all in the parking lot. The grocery hand baskets are always filthy if there are any at the door. The wine is really overpriced now. Some of the produce is rather sad when it’s in stock. And finally, I’ve had many problems with the pharmacy which is now the final straw. Goodbye Kroger card! Hello HEB!

Kroger is great but why does the Starbucks inside close 30 minutes before advertised closing time! How is one supposed to do last minute shopping with out the extra boost of coffee that one would expect to get at a coffee kiosk establishment of they can’t even stick to advertised hours of business!!!

Picked location because of closeness, my bank drive thru and rx drive thru. Went to pick up script and drive thru was closed with no sign. Wife ran in while I caught shifty side looks in the red zone, as I usually do them truth be told. They said they we’re short handed. My point? Seems like a lot of money spent on a drive thru system to be thrown away regardless the issue… did I mention it was raining?

The staff is great, helpful and overall the store is improving — competition from the new HEB probably helps! The BEST news — I saw Blue Bell ice cream being delivered again yesterday morning!!! Oh the taste of their homemade vanilla– best on the planet Sadly I am on low carbs these days

Clean Store. Very Poor Customer service. When did Walmart buy Krogers? Same 23 lanes 4 self checkouts 19 Checker lines, 3 open during the noon rush. Carts 5 deep waiting in Isles. Cashiers huddled on their cell phones. Manager? Elderly not helped with cart to their cars without begging in the100 degree Texas heat. If you have alternative use it.

Love this location. It is always very well stocked and their greens are always fresh and beautiful. The customer service could be better, special at the self checkout area but other than that this location is perfect.

There are some great cashiers here! However, I constantly see employees on their cellphones(is this not against the rules here?). Also, the bread from the bakery is terrible!!! I have never had such a doughy french bread(and I have given it a couple tries.

Avoid the pharmacy here like the plague not only do they absolutely have their information completely wrong they are rude and unapologetic. Will never ever use them again.

When the new HEB down the road opens up this store will be history. I know hundreds of customers that feel the same way I do about this store and they hate going here as much as I do. Last year I emailed corporate about their massive problems and all I got back was an email telling me it would be looked into. Long check out lines, carts strewn all around the lot, and the worst is they are always stocking in the middle of the day and just get in the way of shoppers. You have to ask several employees too to locate certain items you need. PLEASEHEB, break ground soon…

Good service and good fuel prices could be better though.

Overall, good store. Lately, we’ve been getting a lot of damaged products in boxes, but we think this is due to the expansion and working out the hiring kinks.

Really nice store, well kept and clean. Employees have been nothing but nice, especially when I look like a deer in the headlights, still trying to get my bearings with the location of everything.

Altough the place is no Central Market, this Kroger location has to be one of their best since I remember while living in Dallas you would always try to avoid Kroger. This location is fairly new and usually very clean! They have an aisle for international products that actually has stuff that is authentic from the nations being advertised. The butcher department offers Nolan Ryan’s meats. These meat products are superior to many other brands mainly because Nolan Ryan can pitch faster than most other ranchers, but also because Nolan Ryan had made an exclusive deal with Kroger to provide them his ranch’s premium reserved beef. This brand of steak may cost a little more than the other steaks availible but it sure makes a difference when its at the end of your fork. Just in general I like it when grocery stores have a butcher on site who can make special cuts of meat at request. Another reason I am a fan of this Kroger location is because they offer Boar’s Head brand deli meats. This brand offers a very consistant product when it comes to being super delicious. Some of the best sandwiches I’ve ever eaten were put together using Boar’s Head brand. This also means I’ve personally made some of the best sandwiches ever. Another thing I like about this location has to do with the fact that I have children. Depending on which kids are with me I will either get their shopping kart that has the little car on the front or just let one of the kids push the mini shopping kart around(this also helps me save money since I do not buy as many things).

I started going to this Kroger when I became a Massage Envy( ) member since it was next door, making it easy to get some shopping done after destressing with a massage. First of all, this Kroger is freaking huge. I don’t know if it’s just me or what, but I don’t think I’ve ever been in a bigger Kroger. It would be perfect for holing up in case the inevitable zombie apocalypse happens to break out while you’re doing your shopping. Secondly, in addition to the giant bakery and deli area, they also make fresh sushi. I don’t eat rolls, but their nigiri(I get the ebi and maguro) is quite tasty. I hardly ever eat out on my side of town(I spend my going out time in Houston proper), so I’m not familiar with a lot of places for sushi. This makes a great place to pick some up. Thirdly, they also have a pretty decent beauty aisle, so I’ve spent some time taking a lot at the various items and have found some steals(which is good since the last thing I need is more make-up). There’s also a large number of aisles, both regular check out and self-service, so it makes getting out of here easier. All in all, it’s a Kroger, but very nice with delicious sushi to boot. It’s hard to go wrong.
