This place is great. One of my favorite restaurants the food is amazing the staff is friendly and easy going. My only regret is I cannot give it 6 stars.

By far the best tacos I’ve had in the spring area. They have a large variety of meats and are cooked for the right amount time. Greasiness is minimal but what good tack isn’t? They have other types of plates that all are cooked to perfection but mainly come for the tacos.

We were once regulars, never the best but decent & good service. Until we stopped in for lunch one afternoon & my taco was filled with under cooked beef, as in mostly raw. Refused to comp the meal, lost a regular for not taking care of the obvious negligence.

My boyfriend and I eat here at least once a month. Staff is always very friendly, and they recently expanded in size. We always get there around nine(they close at 10pm), because of when we get off of work, and they are still friendly. We never feel rushed. The food, margaritas, and red sauce/chips are good but not the best I have ever had, but we love the place because of the waitstaff and how close it is to our home. Price is very reasonable. Definitely recommend!

It’s good for a local restaurant in Spring. The food is not bad but I have not found anything I LOVE on the menu yet. That said I have not found anything I HATE on the menu either and I have been here several times. While it’s not bad it’s not great either. Expect a decent meal with large portions and lots of good chips with better than average salsa. The food is very reasonable priced the service is good and you won’t leave hungry.

Okay I will start off from walking in the door. I was lost, figured out the greeter sits in a hut on the far left she could have been a little nicer or a better greeter but we sat at the booth. They brought us red salsa and chips(wasn’t the best). I ordered a Ciri’s salad with fajita meet(which was good considering I was craving a taco salad). The plate was just big enough to fit the taco bowl. We ordered the $ 1.99 margaritas and they were terrible but for the price it wasn’t a big deal. When they brought us our food we had no utensils and had to wait to get there attention so we could eat(another couple in the booth next to us also received their food without utensils lol). The waiter Augustine was very nice and friendly. So this was my first time here and I don’t like to judge off my experience without giving it another try. So I will give it another shot but if my experience is the same I will not be going back. Oh P. S the directions are not correct it’s on trailing vine road and Aldine Westfield next to Valero

Unfortunately my first time here wasn’t that great. The staff was friendly and attentive, but we were served our drinks and food but no utensils/napkin. The same thing happened to the table behind us, and you have to ask for them apparently. I ordered a $ 1.99 margarita — and you get what you pay for… it wasn’t very good. I also tried the mole enchilada, and it was ok. The complimentary chips with refried beans and queso was actually really good. I will give La Presa another chance since most people give this place a good rating. They have an extensive menu with a lot of options so I would like to come back and see if the next visit is more enjoyable.

Very friendly from hello to goodbye. I always judge Mexican food by the chips and salsa. Homemade chips were great complemented by heated hot salsa with scallion, tomato, and cilantro. SOGOOD! They also have chips with melted cheese and bean paste as samplers which were also delicious. It was nice to have a change in complementary chips and salsa with chips and beans and cheese. I ordered the Paseo dinner(bell peppers stuffed with taco meat and melted cheese) and a side of rice and beans. The rice and beans were your standard at every restaurant. The taco meat was a but sweeter than my liking. But my friend who accompanied me seemed to enjoy her meal as well. Frozen margaritas were delicious and had a lot of alcohol but not too much in it. Highly recommend if your in the mood for Mexican and you’re in Spring. I was just risking this joint and I definitely will return the next time I am up here!

The favorite thing about this place is their enchiladas. I haven’t tried them all(yet), but I definitely recommend them. I’ve tried their tacos, quesadillas, and desserts, but their enchiladas are their specialty. I don’t like their salsa roja, but their green one makes up for it(you have to ask for it). My second favorite thing is their complimentary chips with retried beans and white cheese. It’s small, but delicious(and free). Entrée prices are very reasonable as well.

The guacamole was terrible. Had no flavor. And I mean how do you mess up guacamole? The food was flavorless. Even the chile con queso, wth!!! I will give them that the service was good. I may not like their food but their mango margaritas where amazing. I may not ever eat there again but I definitely will DRINK there lol!

Love this place but be aware when you come out from this place you’ll take the smell in your clothes. We’re always here mostly Sundays and lemme tell never fail to. impress me how good and cheap the foods are. Waiters are very nice and friendly and will explain most of the menu.

The food is pretty tasteless and you always feel really cramped in there. Service is pretty good however. I couldn’t imagine choosing this place with Tequila Patio one street over. I do wish the food had some seasoning or flavor to it.

Augustine is the best server I’ve ever had. Super attentive and very personable. I have yet to have a bad experience coming here. On to the food: I was coming here every friday for dinner with my in-laws for a period of about 2 years when I lived local and have tried pretty much everything on the menu. Some things may not be what I prefer, but I have yet to get something that wasn’t good. My personal favorites are the camarones Guanajuato and the queso flameado. Now that I live in Omaha, I make sure to come here at least 2x every time I am in town. La cabana and tequila patio have nothing on this wonderfully friendly hole in the wall.

Walked in about an hour before closing time, at the same moment the employees in the dinning room looked like they wanted to shoot themselves in the face because of the arrival of new guests! Meanwhile, there was only one other patron seated in the dining room. The margaritas we ordered were warm and lacked any kind of kick! The fajita nachos were on point though, only saving grace. Suggestions to owner(s)? Invest in hiring people that are motivated to work,(or can really fake it till closing time) and are upbeat with some enthusiasm and passion for the food. The employees look miserable and like they just might shoot themselves in the head if another patron walked in.

I dig this place. Little hole in the wall. Beer is cold. My girl says the margaritas are very good. Food wise. I’m a fan of the fish tacos and the tongue taco:). Bfast is also good. Check it out;)

This is our favorite Mexican restaurant. We have been going there since my son was a baby, and he’s 7 now. They never disappoint. Best salsa in town.

Close to home. Inexpensive, but not great. I had taco and tostada. I need mildly seasoned food, so it was great for me. My daughter had enchiladas and she was not impressed. The salsa was not store bought but they need a better recipe. The guacamole was fine for me, but my daughter found it to be bland. I really like the location and the staff was very attentive. By the way, don’t trust the address on Unilocal. It sent me down into a neighborhood. Duh, Unilocal!
