Impeccable service. I booked a last minute appointment for my car inspection, very kind workers. I came in and asked for the wait time, they said 20 minutes to complete the inspection. I was in and out of there within 15 minutes. Very kind, clean facility. I would definitely go here again!!!

I moved here from MN 2 years ago and needed something done with my car so I thought I would give them a try. Now 2 years later this is the only place I would feel comfortable taking my car. They are very professional and personable.

While supporting a local fundraiser I bought a gift card for this shop. For $ 10 bucks you get a $ 50 dollar gift card. Not a bad deal. They have about 8 locations scattered around Houston. I held on to the gift card for about 3 months before I used it. I thought I would get some slack but when I made it to the location the service advisor was really friendly. My wife’s car needed an oil change and her head light was out. He explained that they have a 3000 mile oil change and a 5000 mile. I went for the 3000 mile, got the headlight fixed, and got the inspection done there as well. I went in around 10AM and was out by about 12 PM so a little longer than I liked. However, the waiting room is nice, they have free coffee, a nice flat screen TV, and WIFI so it made the time go faster. The headlight held me up as they had to order the part and have it delivered. The service advisor apologized for the delay. With the gift card I paid $ 40.00 on top of that. Seemed fair to me. What really impressed me happened after I left. I have since received 2 phone calls from customer service asking how my visit was and if I had any concerns. I will definitely come back here.

I am the owner of a service company and very dependent on my vehicles. This place understands that and they make sure to get my vehicles in a timely manor. They will go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied. They honor their own warranties and actually admit if a mistake was made. They are more expensive than most shops, but I have YET to have anything they fix to have gone wrong. If you care about quality, come here.

Wait over two hours just for an oil change after they told me there was no wait over the phone.
I tried them again for State Inspection, it took an hr then they declined it because of dark window tint. It’s something they saw from the start and could have told me right away and then charged me for the service too.
I will never go back even if I have a coupon.

I went to Louetta Automotive because it was on AAA recommended list. It was the worst service ever! The gentleman I talked with trying to get him to explain what he was suggesting was unable to tell me how much things take. I was charged for 4 hours worth of labor «because the prices are ‘wrapped’» but my car was only there 2 hours.
They had it set up so when one person brought out my air filter, the other one commented on, «thats the air you’re breathing??» Trying to guilt me into paying them $ 80 to replace it. They said that there is intensive labor involved in replacing the cabin air filter, when I got home I googled it and there is a 1 min 30 sec youtube video on how to replace it.
This establishment needs to take a look at how they charge & treat customers. There was a guy there waiting for an oil change who had to wait over 2 hours! If you are thinking about going here, think again!

DO NOT GO HERE! EVER!
After recognizing that my 02 Mustang needed the throwout bearing on the clutch replaced (I knew this, not something they told me) I took it here to have them replace it for me as i didn’t have the time. When dropping it off, I specifically told the management that I only wanted the bearing replaced, nothing else. A few hours later I get a call back asking to replace the whole clutch system (slip plates, seals, etc.) and once again I have to firmly tell them that I want nothing but the bearing replaced. Disgruntled, the manager says «Fine» and hangs up the phone. Get called to pick up the car at the end of the day and wait in the office for it to be pulled up. After several minutes of waiting I walk out back to see what the hold up is and they are jump starting the car! I ask why there would even be a battery problem and was told «I don’t know I didn’t work on it.» Fine, I drive the car two miles home and park it. Two days later without the car being touched it will not start again. I returned the car to the shop for them to correct the problem that they created and to fix it free of charge. After them «investigating» for several hours they told me that the battery must have went dead and they could offer me a new one for $ 160. Can you believe that?! I drop the car off to get one thing fixed and they return it to me with something else broken expecting me to pay! Driving the car almost daily and having a great deal of mechanical and automotive experience, I knew that the battery cell did not go bad in the time I drove it to the shop (perfectly fine) and the few hours they worked on it. After a couple days of arguing with the management over the phone, I stated that this is not how business is done. A customer should not drop off a vehicle to have it returned, dead in the parking lot for that matter, with something else wrong. The management denied and argued and simply told me «We’re not going to play into your little game.» I refused to spend another penny there and picked up the car, unrepaired and took care of it on my own.
The best part is after replacement of the battery and further investiagation of my records, the battery that was put into my Mustang was not the one I previously had purchased on record!
Worst business I have ever experienced in my life. Took days for me to calm down about the situiation. Not only was I scammed but the way the management conducts business and treats customers is apalling.

I came on a Wednesday afternoon for an air filter change and the service is very fast. I do not know how long they have been open but the place is clean and neat. The staff is very informative and friendly. The only thing i would recommended they do is to put up service prices. But overall, thumbs up and i will be back again.

I go to the Louetta Automotive on Louetta Road west of 249, so I figure this one would provide me with the smae level of comfort and service. NOT SO! These places are so different, they may as well have different names. I’ve never brought my car here for major service, just oil changes, but here’s my take.
Multiple times my wife and I have been encouraged to get add-​ons to the oil changes (expensive oil type, etc.). My wife, especially felt that they were giving her a hard sell, not just friendly recommendations.
Also, I once dropped my car off for an oil change which typically takes 30 – 45 min. I let them know I was dropping the car off and would be back to pick it up. After running errands, eating, etc., we returned around 2 hours later and they hadn’t started! When I asked what was going on, the guy said that since I had dropped it off, they put it on the low priority list. What does this mean, that I have to sit there and watch you change my oil to be at the front of the line?!
We’ve decided to only go «our» Louetta Automotive.
