The manager Josh took $ 400 from a lady, damaged her car’s interior by keeping her windows down in a storm while keeping it for several months because the parts on her car were «hard to find». Mind you, it was a Nissan Altima. He allowed her car to be broken into because he «lost the key». He said she was responsible for that key and was not entitled to a refund because her car was there for so long. He keeps blaming another manager for everything. To top it all off, he started attacking this woman on a personal level sending her hate text messages.
Turn around, walk away!
I’m pretty sure «Joshua» who posted a 5 star review for the business is the same Josh mentioned above.

If I didn’t have to give a star they wouldn’t get any! !!! Worse place ever! !! My cousin went here to have their transmission fixed as they are traveling back to California.. The guys here initially charge $ 2300 for the repair and a few weeks later calls to let my cousin know they find 26 other errors with the car and had begun work and it would cost an initial $ 800 to repair.. After another week of the car being there they called to say it was available for pick up and when we got there wanted another $ 600 for another problem they found when we requested them to show proof of what they had done and the other errors found aside from the transmission issues they could or would not produce this and claimed they did everything by hand. … today they tell my cousin to pick up the car up by 6pm and good thing he shows up at 5:30PM because they are closing up shop.. He gets the car but they still fail to give him any paperwork showing the work they completed or the cost.. When I am done with this company they will be bankrupt this is a promise! !!! Read the reviews people we are not the only ones saying this and not only at this location! !! Damn shame!

They have had my vehicle since early April, it is now late August. They charged $ 2500 to fix it then as I drive it away it’s not even fixed correctly. I take it back and they decide to charge me another $ 800 to fix it. I pay in full over a month ago. And am still waiting to get my truck back. Their excuse is a part didn’t come in yet. This is a part they said was coming in Monday 2 wks ago. And every time I call to check on my truck they have a new manager. They have had about 10 new managers since I took my truck to them. These guys are ripe offs. If you want to waste money and time then go to these guys. I would never ever recommend them or even send my worst enemy to them. They don’t even deserve 1 star.
