I’ve used this company a few times now. Quincy is fantastic — knowledgeable and easy to work with — and Mark seems the same way although I’ve only spoken to him on the phone. They each give great advice and the work on our pool has been great. Top notch, reliable service.

I drive to work down kuykendahl 5 days a week. And most of those days I see the parrot head truck. I would not hire a company that doesn’t take others safety into consideration.
Whoever drives this truck is rude and reckless. He cuts off other people and speeds. Because cleaning your clients pool is so important that you need to put other drivers in danger.

Right before July 4th weekend, our pump stopped working and we were planning to host a big pool party. I called around for repair but of course everyone was already booked. Finally I reached Mark at Parrot Head and while he was also booked, he said that he could try to walk us through the repair ourselves. He was so patient with us (this is our first pool) and responded to our multiple calls about «what to do now» but it worked! We were able to fix it ourselves thanks to his guidance. I made a note in my phone to call the same number if anything should happen again.
Then our chlorinator started leaking. Mark answered the phone and again walked us through how to fix it.
What incredible and knowledgeable service. If I could give 6 stars, I would.

These guys came out to my house and installed my aftermarket salt water generator and brew variable speed pump. There was a lot of plumbing involved, but the tech didn’t even bat an eye. The same tech had fixed a blown actuator on my old pump too. Both service calls were excellent and the prices were outstanding. Highly recommended.

I have used other pool companies before, and was not happy with the communication, and knowledge. Then I called Parrot Head, when my — now previous — pool company couldn’t figure out for 3 months, why my elevated spa backdrained into the pool when the pool shut off. this also made the spa unusable for 3 months since the water backdrained into the pool down to the jets. 3 months in the summer — no spa! and no answers. THEN I called Parrot Head Pool company, the owner answered, what a delight. I felt so much better just from that call. As soon as possible their tech came out and found a switch that had been flipped, and HELLO I had my spa back. Now I never touch the equipment, so I can only assume the previous company may have done it by accident, but they could never solve the issue.
I have had Parrot head for over a month, and they are THE BEST, they communicate every week by leaving a door tag, and I know I can call them with any questions. ANYONE in the Spring are should call this pool company. You won’t be dissapointed.

I’ve dealt with a few other pool services for repairs in the past, but was never impressed. That changed today. Parrot Head was awesome! They arrived when they said they would, kept me informed of the process, took care of some minor work that needed to be done (when they could’ve told me it was major — I wouldn’t have known) and gave me a very fair price to fix a broken actuator. I was impressed with them from start to finish. I will only call Parrot Head from now on.
