Great nail place! Was just driving down the road and decided to check it out and was completely satisfied.

I have been here a few times and each time, I wasn’t totally satisfied. I get pink and white acrylic fills and have been for over 10 years. I often see shadows and lines on my pink part of the nails from the previous fill and precision across all my nails aren’t always even. I know I am very picky. The service and staff has always been very nice why the three stars. Pedicures are good but pricey for all the extras.

Out of all of the places I have been to get nails done… they are good. Tammy is really nice and very helpful. She does a great job and I give her artistic freedom on some of my nails.

I love Pinx I come every 2 weeks for shellac and a pedi. If you make an appointment, you typically don’t have to wait. Everyone is super nice and thorough with their work. I’ll never go anywhere else. Pinx is my place!
Ask for Tammy, Jackie, Mary, Annie… literally everyone is awesome here!

Honestly over priced but the quality was so freaking good I just can’t get over it. The salon was little, no frills, not a looker, very slow, wouldn’t have ever expected to have such a good nail job!

Tianna was fast and flawless nail work Mary was beyond amazing the staff is so nice. The atmosphere is so relaxing and it is was worth the money I usually go to Nina nail spa on bw8 but I have never been so pleased with a full set and a fast and amazing customer service experience I recommend x 1,000,000,000,000

I’ve been here twice now. Didn’t care for my pedicure. My feet were left with dry patches and rough… it was bizarre actually how rough they are… worse than before the pedicure. The paint job (French manicure) looked nice except some toes were painted with a curve and others straight.
The other time I came in was to have my nails done. They were done sort of thick and weren’t shaped very well. I did a overlay over my nail. And within two weeks the corner broke off? That’s never happened before. I work in an office! I went to a different salon for a refill. I don’t think I’ll come back to this salon even though I have a punch card started. I’ll go back to my old one.
Everyone who works there is really nice.

Walked in. Place was way too busy. Asked them how long the wait was women told me 20 minutes. 10 minutes in an appt of 3 walks in. 20minutes in another appt of 2 walk in. Women let me know they had an appt however they didn’t let me know it would be an hour wait !!! Left the place. Dissatisfied, they should hire more workers ! No one should have to wait 1 hour for service !

I got matte black acrylic nails they turned out really good. the woman doing my nails did it really fast & gently it took about 30 minutes but within 1 week the matte was gone so I ended up just getting them removed which took about 10 minutes so overall it was a really good experience with really nice women who don’t talk about you in a language you can’t understand. my mother also got a gel manicure and it’s still on and looks good 2 weeks later. I’d definitely come back here.

Came to get a pedicure before my Hawaii vacation (much needed) service was nice, pedicure was VERY good and it was not an easy task. I will defiantly come back!

On my first visit here, Tianna did my nails (solar with light pink shellac on top) – I loved it and I was very happy she didn’t make my cuticles bleed with the diamond drill.
I came back yesterday and I had the same great service for a mani/​pedi (This time I had the solar nails taken off and went with shellac French tip).
They have great personalities and do amazing work!
I highly recommend getting your nails done at Pinx!

Great pedicure but the experience was lost due to poor service. We called ahead to book an appointment to ensure we could be seen. We arrived and they said they were booked. We were finally put in or chairs 20mins later but we were left with our feet soaking for an additional 30 minutes. Even as other nail techs finished their clients we were left waiting. They left us soaking in water so long our feet looked like prunes. Plus, one nail tech did our feet consecutively which meant an extra 40 minutes wait! We left annoyed and late for an event.

This was not a good experience for me. Still on the look-​out for the perfect nail shop, if there is such a thing. I went here twice and the technician was stopping and looking all around the shop at the gossip going on, was not giving me her full attention. She was just sitting there, holding my hand and looking around the shop. I was in a hurry that day to meet family, it took way too long with the delays. The nails came out okay, but I would never go back.

My first experience wasn’t the greatest. Didn’t ask for anyone in particular but decided to check it out because of all the great reviews. Luckily the gal doing my pedi was awesome! Decided to give it another try and asked for the girl from my last pedi — Annie — second visit was amazing!!! Annie on fill and Tracey on pedi… left so happy! I didn’t feel like I was being rushed out (Nails of America) and didn’t feel like they were making fun of me or talking about me in their own language while I was there (EVERY nail place I’ve ever been to). VERY happy girl. I will never go to another Nails of America again!!!

I decided to try this salon based on the reviews here on Unilocal.I have to say that I was very pleasantly surprised. I walked in at 4:30pm on a Tuesday and I was ushered to a pedicure chair where I was immediately helped. I got a powder color refill by Li and a pedicure. My refill was great and they had a lot of colors to choose from that weren’t covered in glitter. The pedicure was also great and I felt that their basic pedicure is above and beyond most other salons. I was extremely satisfied and I will be going back in the future!

This was my first time visiting this salon and based on previous reviews, it was worth checking out. I made an appt for a refill and they were ready for me as soon as I walked in the door. My nail tech, Tracy, was really sweet; we talked about my engagement and our kids.
She was extremely thorough but timely. I was really surprised by how well my nails turned out. It’s sometimes hard to get a good refill from a different salon, but I was VERY happy with the outcome. I think I just found my regular local nail salon.

They were very friendly, I loved the Easter decorations, and the pedicure/​polish they did. I will be back!

The ladies here are so sweet and very meticulous. The salon is always very clean and they go above and beyond to provide great service. They always accommodate walk ins in a very timely manner and I’ve always been very happy with my nails when I get them done here! I don’t think I’ll have another waxing service here though. They tend to get a little ‘wax happy’ but I’ll absolutely be back for nail refills!
