Before making the leap to small business owner and starting a marketing agency with my husband, I spent 15 years in the corporate sector as a turnaround specialist for companies like E.C.C.A, Vision Source, and Luxottica. I built a reputation for taking underperforming locations and not only saving them, but in some cases, elevating them to the highest performing locations in their region. Every project had its own unique challenges and variables to overcome, but at their core remained the same underlying problems; management issues, lack of training, poor customer service, and not enough focus on the numbers.
Here at Forge Direct I head up client services and oversee the day-to-day operations for client-side work. I have brought with me all of the training and best practices I used in the corporate world, and now gladly share them with my clients and their staff through consulting, workshops, and coaching opportunities.
