Pre-Owned Express

After I carefully searched on Unilocal for a dealership with great ratings near us, 5 minutes before this business closed, Pre-​Owned Express pulled up with 5-​star rating across the board. Too good to be true ey?
Before coming here let me be honest I did not know what to expect but one of two things: We will be taken advantage of due to our circumstance of needing a vehicle NOW or they will make this transaction smoothly. Well it was neither one. It was over and beyond!
First things first, I was so embarrassed on the fact that we were only 5 minutes away from their closing time, coming from a person that has been in retail sales it can be quite upsetting especially when you are trying so hard to make the sale and at the end there is no sale so I made my boyfriend Dan first get out and talk of what we were looking. The three main drives for this sale-​to-​be would be: Price, Style, and quality.
Quality wise, it was obvious that their inventory does consists of high quality vehicles on brands that we can trust so that was right off the bat checked from our check list which by the way We loved their entire inventory and wide selections of trucks!
Style. We are honest people that have a champagne taste with a beer budget so it would make sense that our style options would have to be limited right? WRONG! Even after we gave both Angel and Roel «Taco» our price range, for some reason we still managed to pick from a couple of nice truck options and that is when price comes along…
Price. Their pre-​owned loaded trucks are all at a very reasonable price! They are low in miles, great brands, awesome bodies, and good Ol’ Texas trucks! So yeah, you’re getting your cake here and eating it too!
As I was given the sign that the coast is clear and the odds were that we could leave with a new truck that night, we decided to bring the entire family in and sign the paperwork. I appreciated how down to earth they were, the family oriented feel is in the air especially when we are carrying a half dozen kids (ok maybe just 4 kids lol). They accommodated our needs to make this transaction as smooth as possible and because it was already 9 with 4 kids and minus my deposit we were able to leave for the night with the kinda-​ours Pre-​Owned truck! (Only because the staff said we were approved but could’nt get the figures until Monday)
On Monday, we came back to fill out the rest of the paperwork, we got our exact numbers since we were waiting for approval (keep in mind it was 9 pm on Saturday) and the payments were lower than we anticipated *praise the lord* and this was on top of the gap insurance and the extended warranty that covers us for 3 years too! We then got our truck detailed, had the oil changed and still managed to use my Unilocal check in coupon of $ 250 off the purchase!
After the hand shakes, picture with our new truck and highly satisfied with our purchase my only regret is not having to come here previously for my car purchases. I look forward to coming back here again for my future Jeep (hint, hint).

This review is one I should have written a year ago.
My friend was in search of a car but she didn’t have the best credit and had heard of this place. Since I’ve had experience in buying a car and a motorcycle before my friend felt it would be good if I go with her. She hates those pushy sales people that intimate her. Car shopping isn’t fun but as a favor I decided I would go. This was our 4^th stop and I was exhausted and frustrated. Well the people here turned that around. They were actually helpful and not pushy. They didn’t give us any weird sales tactics we had seen at other dealerships. My friends biggest obstacle was her credit and I felt that because she didn’t have perfect credit the other dealerships were not that helpful. My friend walked away with an SUV that day. It was just nice that the guys here didn’t treat us any different just because we were girls.
Not just that. I was semi jealous of my friend. The sales person showed us everything about the car. When I drove away from buying my BMW in San Diego I didn’t even know how to unlock the doors in my car. I bought my BMW brand new and all they sold was BMWs and I felt she had a better walk through than I did.
