I purchased a groupon for keratin treatment. I was scheduled an appointment and I also wanted to get partial highlights done on the same day. My stylist Paola Franco was awesome. She had so much patience to work on my hair. I was almost there in the salon for 5 – 6 hours for the highlights and keratin treatment. She did a great job with both and loved the result. The only thing I did not like is, I was there for such a long time and they did not even offer some water to their customers. I feel its a basic manners to offer some water if we are in the salon for so long. Also, they were out of toilet paper and hand towels in the restroom. grrrrrr… They should look into some basic things to make the customer comfortable. Apart from this, my experience was really good with the stylist. I would definitely recommend to go to this salon if you get a good groupon deal. Ask for Paola Franco (stylist). She did a great job!
