I’m giving it two stars because I purchased a washer, drier and a refrigerator here.
They charged $ 90 for delivery… no one else in the area does, now I know that.
All bundled together they didn’t give much of a discount. However, they turned in my washer and drier for a minute and left saying its good right after turning it off. Seemed ok??? Then I ran a cycle. It was like a screwdriver scraping the outside of the machine and was deafening. I called for service and missed work to accommodate the first available appointment. It turned out the man that brought in the washer used a dolly and had bent the bottom metal pan upwards so when clothing was in it, the bucket dropped and the pulley was scrapping against the pan. All we had to do was reverse the dent.
I purposely purchased a washer and drier without any electronics. It’s push buttons and turn dials only.
I also purchased a refrigerator, stainless steel but still no ice maker or water dispenser. Less to break I figured. Well, wrong. I soon discovered water in the bottom of the fridge and ice forming in the freezer. Four service calls later they deem it irreparable saying the box is crooked and letting in warm air which is keeping it running non stop and my freezer looks like a winter wonder land. You can float rubber ducks in the bottom of my fridge.
They suggest I get dry ice and some coolers to out the perishables in because they would send a replacement that takes 24 – 48 hours to get cold. I asked to send me a cold unit or leave both here until it gets cold and I can transfer my food over. Plainly told no.
Solution, bought a brand new fridge from Home Depot to be delivered 4 days before they pick this one up and refund my money. At least the one they pick up will be warm and my food cold.
To their credit, I did speak to Bill Pham whom identified himself as the manager. The previous man did the same only 5 minutes prior. I suppose they are all managers? In any event, I bullet pointed the discussion and asked him to respond that I was correct in what I had said. He did respond and tell me what I had written would be the case and even my delivery charge would be refunded.
So you really do get what you pay for, if it’s non electronic and simple, I might buy but I would be very careful with what you get in this place. I’m just pleased to have some response in writing but I won’t be going back.
They picked up the defective unit November 9 and despite repeated calls and them claiming to open a trouble ticket, I have yet to be refunded my money. Tomorrow marks the 15^th day so I can finally dispute the charge and get it back from my bank. This company is clueless.

Well it has now been ten days since the incorrect washer was picked up by Sears Outlet. I still do not have a refund even though I was told I would receive a full refund in 7 — 10 days.
I have placed a claim through PayPal since I used their service to pay for my order.
I will also be reaching out to the BBB to inform them of the fraudulent business practices this store engages in by portraying inventory incorrectly online to customers.
This has been an absolute nightmare. I will never do business with Sears or Sears Outlet again.

Buyer beware!!!
I purchased a Samsung top load washer from this location online. Prior to purchasing I went by the store so I could look at the item. After cruising the store for 30 minutes and no associate even acknowledging my existence, I finally asked for help.
Apparently, the associate I asked for help was so put out by having to get up that he simply told me they didn’t have the washer. When I questioned why it showed in stock he made up bs about it possibly being purchased within the last 48 hours.
This should have been a major red flag.
However, I went forward with the purchase online hoping I would prove that rude guy wrong.
I received two separate confirmation calls, including one from the store. I also received three separate confirmation emails. All confirmed the front load washer.
So on Saturday, the third party delivery service shows up. After moving my existing washer to my dining room, they brought in the new washer.
It was a top loader instead of the front loader I purchased. I promptly informed the delivery guys and my nightmare quickly began.
They had to leave the wrong washer at my home until the correct one was brought.
I then called the store and spoke to the «manager» George. He was incredibly rude!!! He told me I had purchased a «generic sku» and there was no guarantee on the model I would receive. Sorry George, but that is a lie. I asked multiple times to speak to his superior. He informed me he was the manager but I could call customer service and they would tell me the same thing.
I finally became so frustrated with the circular conversation that I told him I wanted the washer gone and my money refunded in full.
So Sunday evening I receive a call from a different third party delivery service informing me they will be there the next day between 4 and 7. Great, now I have to leave work early to accommodate this massive screw up.
I called customer service and that was another disaster in itself. I spoke to SEVEN different people between four separate 1 – 800 numbers. No one seemed to know what to do.
All I was is my freaking $ 662 back!!!
So folks — AVOID! Do not purchase anything from SearsOutlet dot com. It is a total scam that will take your money and time.
And this location has zero customer service skills. Obviously, the employees do not understand the customers pay their pay checks.

I read the reviews before we went and was hoping for a better outcome, but didn’t get it. All the reviews that said the employees don’t care and won’t even acknowledge a customer are true!
We went looking for a cheap basic fridge for our temporary rent house and saw nothing on the sales floor and at least 3 employees that saw us but didn’t want to acknowledge us about 2pmish on a Sunday afternoon.
I even stood near a desk by the fridges and a young lady who worked there was playing on her cell phone and didn’t speak to us. I said very loudly that it’s obvious nobody wants to help us customers and maybe we should go next door to Conn’s (which wasn’t any better). She looked over and then turned back to her phone. I know she worked there because she was in an obvious employee only area behind the desk & computer.
Also, a young male saw us both enter & head for the door and we were not walking fast because my boyfriend kept stopping to look at stuff, but he also never acknowledged us.
To sum up the whole 30 minutes we were there not a single employee spoke to us even though they saw us and we made our presence known. It was a wasted trip because we actually needed to buy something, but could get no help.
Avoid the Sears Outlet in Spring near 45 & Cypresswood because they don’t care to help customers at all and don’t want to make any sales or money!

Walked in to blaring music and all the employees hanging out in the center of the store. To be fair one person was actually working at building something again in the middle of everything. Some women was yelling across the store (huge store) that another customer needed help rather than helping them. Not a single tucked in shirt in the bunch and 3 had cigars or cigarettes behind their ears, feet up. Never returning to this store no wonder they are closing Sears stores. Hope management reads this because Wow it was bad.

This place should be avoided simply for the lazy, non-​caring staff. They couldn’t have cared less to help me. They also charge for delivery.
