Smarter Sprinklers

Smarter Sprinklers install the sprinkler system at my home and everything went as scheduled and I have had no problems with the system. They used a name brand I recognized (Rain Bird) and the system is very easy to use and program. I enjoyed talking with the worker that installed the system and even bought them BBQ since I was so pleased with their work

CUSTOMER SERVICE, PROFESSIONALISM & WORKMANSHIP SUCKS!!!
We had a patio and sprinkler system installed a little over a year ago. The yard was horrible and alot of dead grass everywhere. The patio… they took their time and had us waiting weeks. They would come out and do a little and then come out a week later a do a little more. Now, fast forward to a month ago. We needed some repair to our patio. It started to crack. They came out and the guy did a HORRIBLE job. If I could post pictures I would. They wanted to know if we were going to pay them. None of management came out to see the damage to the entire patio. they just wanted pictures. Then they sent the same guy who damaged the patio out & who spoke no english and he tried to fix it with a shovel. It is not repairable and damaged beyond beilef. I called and left several messages and still have not heard back from these people… it has been three weeks thus far. They don’t care about their customers or work product. I guess since the damage is more than what we owe them, they are not concerned about fixing the problem or getting paid. We also paid $ 100 for a bag of sand from them that cost $ 2.50 at Home Depot. Lesson Well Learned!

My husband and and I got Smart Sprinkler to come out and install our sprinklers and everything went fine. When I went out to check everything our yard looked horrible. There were holes everywhere. They had to come back because how they installed the sprinkler heads where completely off.
Now not even a year later they don’t work anymore. I called them and set up an appointment for them to fit it. First they promised a call before they came and I never got a call then the guy didn’t have the part and had to reschedule. Today was the second appointment and almost an hour after the scheduled time no one has bothered to show up. I called about 30 minutes before the end of the scheduled window they gave me and the receptionist assured me he was in his way. FYI we live right around the corner from this location. Still no call or anyone to fix our sprinklers. They are now closed.
