First time going to the new Sonic off of Rayford. Wow(in a bad way). From the minute the order was going thru. Lady had it wrong three times before I had to ask her to slow down n listen. Grilled chicken sandwich looked awful. Chicago dog had way too much relish that the bun was a complete soaker within 2min of getting home. Cheeseburger looked nuked to high heaven. I guess we’ll stick to ordering only slushies at this location. Get it together guys!

I know this store is new but seriously??? It’s been almost a month and they’ve missed the basics twice now. The burgers are never hot. The first time they left the meat patty out all together. They are sloppy and the condiments are always missing. We said no mayo so they left out the mustard too. Cold and sloppy are even worse. Not only do they leave off the condiments they pretty much leave out the lettuce, see my pic. Both times in both burgers. Seriously? What’s the problem here. And lastly, both visits we asked for chili. Both times they gave us a mini squirt. They need lessons from some of the other stores on how to prepare hot good burgers. Didn’t these people eat at sonic before they worked there? Too bad, cause we were excited to get a sonic closer to us. We’ll just drive to the old sonic from now on.
