Went in on a busy Friday night the staff was very friendly even though I could tell they were busy. Food came out fast and was absolutely delicious.

While this place is convenient and quick to fulfill my call in order, I do have to say the food is rather bland. They also don’t offer brown rice which is disappointing. Crab puffs(crab Rangoon) were better than most other places but if the main course isn’t that great not worth going just for an appetizer.

I’ve had good dishes here & not so good dishes. There are better Chinese restaurants in the area but this one is not bad & it’s the closest.

Some of the Unilocalers on here say this restaurant is the best Asian restaurant in town and a gem of a place?! They obviously haven’t had the good stuff in the Bellaire/Chinatown area. I’ve gone to this restaurant 2x and can honestly say both times the food was edible but not good at all. I only went the 2nd time because A. it’s near my house and B. I wanted to give it a second chance and hope that it would be tastier than my first visit, I was wrong. There’s not too many Asian restaurants on Rayford/Sawdust area but now when I do crave for Chinese food I order from Golden China. It’s not the best but a step up from this restaurant and they deliver to most of the neighborhoods on Rayford/Sawdust. For good Vietnamese/Asian cuisine«Phở An Sushi» on 242 is probably the best on this side of town. Great Phở and many other Chinese/Vietnamese dishes and sushi to choose from. :)

The food was by no means good. It was edible, but I would not go back. I ordered takeout and the service was fine. The restaurant was empty at dinner time on a Sunday, so it clearly doesn’t have a big customer base.

I had forgotten to write about this little tiny gem of place. Every time we go it becomes better and better. Try the crispy walnut shrimp with broccoli. You will be wanting more

Wish I could give 0 stars. I got food poisoning from their chicken and broccoli last night. Never. Again.

Best Asian for the area, we love the food and service. We take out from them at least once a week. You get a lot of food for the money and can easily share plates with two or more people.

I have been going to spring asian cuisine for about 4 years now. They have always had very good chinese food(especially love their lunch special)! Contrary to what was written before, they produce good flavorful chinese(esp the General Tsao’s, sesame chicken, and(my fav) orange chicken dishes). I do have an issue with the hostess(assume also owner) that answers the phone and greets you. Here personality is zilch. and even sometimes comes off as rude. My wife refuses to eat there or eat anything from there because she viewed the woman as being rude to her when she attempted to call in an order one evening. Regardless, i still get my lunch fix there about once a week and the food is very good.

We love this place and get take out regularly from them. No MSG and everything we’ve had has been excellent! We especially enjoy the hot sour soup.

I’ve been here three times — once for lunch and two times for dinner. Each time, the food was bland and greasy and didn’t settle well in the tummy. They’re extremely generous with their portion sizes but you’ll find a good 1⁄3 of your dish to consist of cabbage or onion. If you really want great Asian food in the Spring area, I highly recommend Datpho off Louetta Rd.

UPDATE: From 2 to 3 stars. I’ve ordered takeout here more recently, and their level of service has consistently improved. I’m warming up to them a bit more. Do’s: Takeout. Place an order over the phone ahead of time. Don’ts: Eat in and expect to be waited on. Twice visited — food lackluster, but super convienent location. Large portions too. Second time i visited, I walked out 10 minutes later because the service was very poor — not once was i acknowledged… I take my business to Rice Bowl on Rayford/Richards from now on — better food /better service. If you want to eat here: call in, and take out is your best option

Food and service are dependable — never disappointed and my go to place when it’s 9pm and I don’t want fast food. Portions are huge so 2 can eat one entrée and the prices are reasonable. Chicken and vegetables and chicken lo mein are our mainstays and always happy with our food.

this place is located by the Chevron station right outside the gates on Legends Ranch in Spring. I have been here twice and, while it’s not PF Chang’s, it does the trick if you are craving Chinese food. It is VERY clean and VERY empty. I have never seen more than one or two other groups there while I have been there. It’s a shame really, I doubt it will last but it is good!
