Spring Herbal Nails and Spa

I’ll give them a 4 because during my pedicure she was supposed to massage my legs but it was more like a rub. It felt nice and the service was great though. This is my second time here and I’m glad I came back.

I love the place. This was my second time being here since my friend took me here for the first time and I was very impressed. One more time they did a good job so I want to share some thoughts. Service is very nice and professional. Techs are very skillful and knowledgeabe. Communicating with them is so easy. I came in to have a Pink and White and the lady did a wonderful job. She took her time to make sure everything is right. I have my annoying requests and she met all of them. My nails came out fantastic with perfect shaping and length, just the way I like it. The place is clean and well organized. Equipment sterilized and they clean up after every customer. Very reasonable price. If you are in the area, I really think you should give this a try. Highly recommended !!!

Come here with my co-​workers and we totally have great experience. I got gel mani & my girl did a great job. She cut my nails and shaped them perfectly as I expected. I was so happy with the result.

Seriously they are the BEST! I come this area for the business trip and I will wait to get my nails done just so I can go get them done from talents at Spring Herbal! I came across when I walked around and I figured I would try it out. I am so glad I did! I gained a friend and some AWESOME nails!!! I wanted a Mickey Mouse head on top of french tips done on my nails. Nail tech friends of mine were like «thats too hard» «i cant do that for you» so what did I do, I put my faith in A girl and she did it and made them look PERFECT! I’m pretty sure they can do anything! if you don’t go to them, you will never be fully satisfied with gel nails!

Went in on Wednesday for a pink and white solar set. Nails were way to short and way to skinny. Asked nail technician to fix and and she said «That’s how they do them.» Like she didn’t want to fix it.

Where is Helen???
I use to love this place but now that Helen is no longer working there I haven’t been as happy with any of my services. (I would have given it 5 starts if Helen had done my nails) I’ll say it myself, I can be kind of picky about my nails but who isn’t? Does anyone know where Helen is working now? She really is the best I’ve found, she always takes her time and does a beautiful job and she amazes me how she is able to make my shellac last for 3 weeks! I miss her

I’ve been going to this nail salon for years. Amy does my nails now and everywhere I go I get compliments on them. Amy Rocks !! Love Cindy the manger too ! Everybody there is Wonderful !!!

Update to previous review… as stated in previous review I returned the following day for a satisfactory shellac re-​do. The manager was concerned with the negative review but my previous experience was real. Customer service should always be priority.

I went to this salon because the reviews were good. I can confidently say that this was the worst salon I have ever been to. I came here with my mother, I got a full set and she got gel. They charged us the same price $ 30. We made a reservation and we came in and it was packed, so the nail technicians went as fast as they could. My cuticles are still bleeding, she told me to put alcohol on them when I get home… My nails are not even and I have nail glue ALL OVER my fingers, under my nails, and on the nails themselves. I told her I wanted them short. They aren’t short. I was in pain the entire time. I guess that should have been a clear sign to leave! Oh and the entire time she was telling me that I needed to wax off my eyebrows because because they don’t look good. She also was trying to convince me to do gel on top of my acrylic for $ 30 more dollars. She didn’t take my nice ‘no’s’ so I had to eventually be rude. I won’t be going back. And if you do decide to take your chances here are couple hints: don’t go when it’s busy, and don’t get your nails done by the older lady there.

Unless you’re prepared to spend an excessive amount of money, please don’t use this shop. I was there on 8÷30÷14. They are extremely expensive! I decided to try Shellac nail polish on my toes and nails and was charged $ 83, $ 10 tip included for the services. I was told by the owner’s nephew that shellac is $ 18 for nails and $ 18 for toes. Adding a mani and pedi was $ 73. Ridiculous! I won’t be returning ever again. I fault myself for not asking the cost of shellac but I guess they figure that you won’t be needing services for a few weeks so they will make their money up front. Someone has to pay for the fancy salon and 4 matics parked out front and I guess I contributed to the cause!

I have been to this nail salon twice, once for a pedicure and once for acrylic nails. The salon is beautifully done and the staff is by far the friendliest staff I have seen at a nail salon. Both times I have been there close to closing time and have seen customers come in ask if they could receive services and both times the staff was extremely friendly and stayed past closing to give full service. If you are in this area, you must give them a try.
