How in the hell do y’all run out of coconut milk??? STARBUCKS a billion dollar company runs out of coconut milk, yay for people who are lactose intolerant and can’t handle soy. 3rd messed up Starbucks we’ve been to today.

Super excellent customer service. Our drinks were made exactly as ordered. When we had to wait for a while in a long line of cars, they comped our drinks.

I’m really disappointed that we used to get such quick, reliable service from this location but recently it has gone downhill. Seems they are always out of supplies/ingredients for one thing or another. In the last 3 visits, we have not been able to leave with what we wanted. First, the special drinks were unavailable, then they couldn’t make fizzios bc Ecuador they were out of soda, then they were out of coconut milk in the early afternoon. That’s actually happened before — wondering if they ever carry coconut milk. Further the quality and taste of the drink seems to vary day to day. Each time we order a caramel mocha frappuccino, it tastes and looks different and we are forced to come inside and have them remake it. Perhaps management should speak with corporate and consider retraining.

When we first walked in the person at the checkout was fooling around we waited 5 minutes for her to take our order. When she finally did she got my order completely wrong and totally forgot to give me my cookie and when we asked about it was very rude about it. My cousin got half way through his drink and it was frozen completely. Very unprofessional and rude.

I really enjoyed this Starbucks, the women that made my drink was very friendly and remembered me when I came in later that day. I enjoyed sitting at the table for a hour with my daughter as I waited for my realtor.

Wait is too long if you are inside ordering. Waited 12 minutes for a breakfast sandwich.

I have been going to this Starbucks for about 6 months now, and I’ve experienced no problems with the food or service. It’s coffee is just like the regular starbucks we all know and love, and the service is relatively fast and very friendly. This location is quite small compared to the other Starbucks locations. There’s about 30 seats inside and 6 tables with 4 seats each outside. One thing to take under consideration is this Starbucks is near Spring High School so there are a lot of big groups of teenagers that come in from about 2:30 — 4:00pm mon-thurs(afterschool and after extracurriculars) so it can get a bit noisy, but never enough for it to be a problem. However if you’re the type of person that needs complete silence in order to study make sure to avoid coming during their rush hour.

Love this location. The employees always treat me so nicely and work nicely to make my espresso mocha exactly the way I like it.

Love this place. I’m from the woodlands area, but I frequently visit spring. This is my go to spot. The drinks are well made and the service is great.

Ever since Cameron, manager, got transferred earlier this year, this store has become laxed in a few areas… dirty floors, high employee turnover always training, slow service.

Ordered my drink– she said it out loud with no whip’ and realized there was indeed whip cream on it. Take it back, scrapes off the whip cream and puts a different lid on it. I’m grabbing a straw, and go to grab my drink when I see one of the smallish dirty cockroaches crawl out from the straw container and run under the counter. Ugh! Worst part was no one really seemed overly concerned about it– and a friendly gentleman that works there told me that they recently had sprayed but the bugs were coming in from a business next-door. I get that things happen, but that is so not okay!

There are a ton of Starbucks in this area, I believe 4 within one mile of each other including the one I frequent on the OTHER side of I-45, less than .2 miles away. I feel like a long review isn’t really needed. Coffee is great and consistent, they take extended and custom orders with a smile and get them correct every time. There’s not much room for seating on the inside, but the drive thru is great and goes quick from my experience.

I’m not a huge coffee guy, so I realize there are better places for me to go than Starbucks. I am a fan of their shaken teas though. Maybe I came on a bad day but the tea was very weak — there was hardly any darkness to it. Also, after a couple of sips it had a strong coffee taste. Again, I realize I am at a coffee establishment, but it would be nice if they did a better job on washing the mixing cups between drinks. I know I could’ve gone back in to have them remake the drink, but it was not worth the trouble. I like Starbucks and would still go back — I just need to do better at checking my drinks before I leave…

Salted Caramel is by far my most favorite although it seems to be a seasonal item. Delicious!

This is one of my favorite locations. Good location right off of 45, so I can just grab my drink and hop on the freeway. Baristas are always polite and efficient. This location doesn’t get nearly as busy as the one on 1960/Aldine Westfield. Which is why I love this Starbucks. Even if there’s a line of cars in the drive thru, it’s always moving. They’re fast!

This is a small starbucks, not much seating inside, but they do have a few tables outside, along the wall. The caliber of coffee from this location is pretty good and consistent.

I am a huge Starbucks junkie & like my drink to be made exactly how I ask. I’m sure everyone wants what they request. When I 1st started coming to this location it was hit or miss on if they’d get my drink right. I never complained, just took my drink & went on… probably best… if you know how I like my Carmel Frappichino. The more I’ve been coming, the better they get. The store is very clean & fully stocked. I have yet to make a connection with any of the employees. That’s something that I like to do. At my other location I know just about everything about everyone like I work there! I love that! Maybe in time I will get to know the great people at this location. If you find yourself in Spring/45 N, exit Cypresswood & grab a drink & dessert from this great speedy Starbucks location!
