The Smile Designer

I needed to replace my upper dentures and have all my bottoms pulled and get bottom dentures. My Mother recently had her uppers replaced at the Smile designer and was very please so I decided to go there. First impression was great. The facility is absolutely beautiful. The staff was friendly and very attentive. One of the forms I had to fill out asked «How important is your smile to you» on a scale of 1 – 10 with 10 being the highest. I put a 4. I have always had bad teeth. I never showed my teeth when I smiled. I’m in my mid-​fifties and was used to not smiling big so it wasn’t very important. I just wanted my teeth pulled so I would not be in pain anymore and dentures that would allow me to eat everything I wanted to.
I had several appointments over a four month period. Dr. Idriss is amazing. She is one of the nicest people I have ever met. Her staff is great. Each one of them makes you fill so comfortable from the time you walk into the door to the time you leave. I have my new teeth and they are beautiful. I get so many compliments and just can’t stop smiling. So if I could fill out the questionnaire again I would rate the importance of my smile a ten. I actually miss seeing Dr. Idriss and her staff. I would recommend them to everyone. No need to be afraid of the dentist if you go to the Smile Designer.

I had my initial visit with Doctor Rickett at The Smile Designer. He and the staff seemed very courteous and kind. I paid $ 1,300 for a crown and a cleaning. My second appointment was with doctor idriss. She was trying to upsell me on every service she offered. I have never had a cavity prior to my wisdom teeth coming in and have been consistent with my oral hygiene since I was a child. She ended up not honoring the cleaning they had initially agreed on saying that it would be pointless since I needed gum therapy at an additional $ 1,300. She took on an arrogant attitude when she thought I was not going to spend money on any additional services saying my new crown was the only nice tooth in my mouth as well as other insulting things. Funny thing is, I was planning on doing the gum therapy before she got the attitude. I would not recommend her to anyone. She did good work but she is not a nice person. She is a phony.
