Super nice service and I am just loving it every time I come here. Me and my friend wanted to go to Buffalo Wild Wings for the Astros game yesterday but it was PACKED not surprised at all. So we went here and asked if we could change it to the Astros game and they gave us the remote for free. Super duper nice! They always want to make you happy! Great job!

The fried rice is not cooked properly. You basically chew the hard rice. The proper cooked rice is soft but not wet. When we told the server … all she said is I will tell them. She didn’t even say sorry! Then… we got no fortune cookie just because we complain about the fried rice! Bad service for the price of food!

This is the best one in the spring area! I have gone to the one in the Vintage and to a copy cat one in Tomball but this is the best Mongolian Stir Fry restaurant. ALWAYS Delicious!, Everything you want cooked for you, fresh and brought to your table. Friendly staff, relaxing atmosphere and quiet.

After reading some of the other reviews, I did stop to think that you don’t get a bowl size choice, or a menu, or prices, or instructions. But don’t let that stop you if you like this«pick your own meats, veggies, spices, sauce and have them grill it up» type of place. You walk in, are seated, then handed a bowl. Write your name and table number on the dry erase card at your table. Then take the card and bowl to the beginning of the line. Grab a tray and start loading up with shrimp, chicken, steak, pork, etc. — then add veggies, spices, maybe an egg or two, some sauces(choose from maybe 15), then hand your bowl to the guys on the grille. In about 10 minutes, your food is brought out super hot and delicious. Don’t expect white tablecloths or a 5 star waitstaff. If you can live with the experience described above, this place will be alright for you.

We had a good experience. It was just before the dinner rush so all the food was well stocked and fresh. Picked all our«fixins» and they grilled em up and brought them to us. Great place for a quick lunch or dinner as we were in and out pretty quick.

Food was decent. Nothing to drive out of the way for. Ice cream is included with the bowl, which I did eat bc I didn’t want to finish the bowl. The staff didn’t ask what size bowl I wanted and just came to the table with a bowl(guess that’s how they do things). No mixed drinks or large drink menu. Appetizer options were plentiful.

Great place to dine. Food and service was fantastic. You get a lot for your money. Fresh everything, cucumbers and carrots to pre nibble on as well as your choice of free ice cream in 3 flavors. The restaurant is clean and spacious. Loved it.

Used to come here quite a bit. And while the service is good, the food quality has decreased and everything was dirty and sticky. May not be back for a while.

Went for late lunch. Was confused about process. Would recommend they put cards or signs up to create a meal choose certain meats veggies and spices and sauces to make the meal. Server was not attentive. But overall good food.

Came here on a Saturday evening and was seated immediately. The food was clean and prepared very quickly. They give you a cucumber salad before you start as an appetizer. To finish it off, they provide free ice cream which was fantastic.

Boot leg Genghis Grill knock off. The ONLY thing they have on Genghis is jumbo shrimp… and ice cream, I suppose(huh?) Other than that, the place smells weird and has a very Chinese buffet — ish feel to it. Don’t bother… just go to Genghis.

First impression quite impressive. These guys are one-upping Genghis Grill for sure. Bowl includes starter salad and Blue Bell ice cream at the end! The waitress was very friendly and informative, and the seasonings and sauces are notably labelled and explained muuuch better! Everything came out well cooked, so I intend to come back here next time I want mongolian.

So we hadn’t had an absolutely fabulous mongolian meal in a good while, and we saw this place while we were in the area. We chose this place instead of the Vietnamese restaurant next door and even though its better than we’ve had before, it’s not as «top-notch» as I would have liked it to be. Their service is prompt and polite which is always an added plus. As always when going to a place like this, i like to pile on more of the vegetables than the meat. What can I say, i just love grilled vegetables with a spicy flavor to them! I went simple with meat & shrimp which was a great combination with some Sriracha sauce and the red pepper oil, but I’m Mexican so of course you know I had to ad some jalapeño slices to the mix. BOOM! — It gave it that bite into your death kind of flavor but it wasn’t really over the top, so a great combo altogether. They grill it fairly quick if you’re not there during rush hour so definitely keep that in mind when stopping by around noon. Like I said before, I’ve had way better in other states, but this one is very good for the area it’s situated around. Will I be back? Yes… but I won’t go out of my way to get there.

First time being there, food is decent, but for the price there are better places to go. Ordered a 2nd bowl, wasn’t able to finish it. I asked for a to-go box but I was denied a box, was told they don’t allow to-go boxes after getting a 2nd bowl. So I leave half my food, perfectly cooked, which they will not allow me to take it, ‘That I Paid for’, they would rather make sure they throw it away and not allow me to take it home. Customer service sucked there. As they just ignored me after I asked for a to-go box. Well it was my first time there, most definitely my last time. Wouldn’t recommend it.

Great food, if u know what goes together, for a good price. Been here before I found Unilocal… dont give as much noodles anymore… service is nit so great. I was ignored three times! I waved my server down… she proceeded to another table then to the register. I waved down another that was just walking around. Another table called her over and inwas ignored again. My server came to refill my stepdads drink, took mine because the glass was cracked, and I asked for napkins, third time I was ignored. Bill came, time to pay and the server applied someone else’s paynent to our bill. She still doesnt know what’s going on. Worst experience ever and to come here with my family often. Used to be great. Idk what happened to this place…

The food was good. I couldn’t find the pricing anywhere. I got a small bowl expecting to go back for a second larger bowl. Stupid me, I forgot these places might not have the all you can eat or second bowl for less money option. I asked them how much for a second bowl. They didn’t seem to know… Later told me $ 3.00. But then everyone in my group was full. Also they offered us ice cream. It was awkward because we weren’t sure if it was included. Suggestion: have menus if you have a restaurant. Or at least a giant sign with the pricing.

Good thing I went here with someone who’d been here before, otherwise I would have been clueless! After I saw the«procedure,» I totally got it and realized that the possibilities here are absolutely endless! The premise is actually pretty simple. When you come in, you’re given a dry-erase card and a metal bowl. Huh? Here’s the deal: 1. Choose your base: multiple options of rice or multiple options of noodles. Choose one and mark it on the card. 2. Take your card and your bowl to the«buffet» line. Here you’ll see that there’s an array of ingredients — all raw that you want cooked to add to your base: chicken, beef, scallops, shrimp, mussels, tofu, veggies. Load up your bowl! 3. Keep walking down the line. You’ll come to the spices section. Sprinkle whatever spices you want on top of the meat and veggies you’ve loaded in your bowl. 4. Sauces come next: grab two little bowls and pick out what sauces you fancy. Fill up those bowls if you want it extra saucy or extra spicy! 5. Hand over your brimming bowl and your card(which contains your rice or noodle base selection, your name and table number) to the chefs. 6. Go back to your table and wait about five or so minutes. 7. Yowzers! Your custom concoction comes delivered to you cooked and ready to eat. YUM! Taste was great and you know it’s fresh and has exactly what YOU wanted in it. Me? I loaded up on the shrimp(and the chili sauce)! Marvelous! All afternoon, I kept thinking about. .. well, I could mix THIS with THIS or I could mix THIS with THIS, or I could just go straight veggie and tofu or I could just do nothing but seafood or I could do a seafood combo or I could… Needless to say, I didn’t get a whole lot done this afternoon at work. My imagination took over. Or should I say, my stomach took over my mind? Or my mind took over my stomach? I did get a little thirsty later in the day, so I’m thinking that perhaps the sauce I used other than the red chili had a high salt content, because I swigged down a 20-ounce drink in no time as soon as I got home. Next time I won’t use that sauce(it was a honey-based sauce, I think). That’s the only reason I’m deducting a star.

I love this place. You can make your own bowl bomb of ingredients and have a dude cook it for you. The ingredients always seem fresh and interesting. Spices and sauces galore. Careful kids. Some of those things will light you up. You need to have a good plan as you start down the line. Must practice good bowl management. There are more things there than you can fit in your bowl. The lady in front of me was experiencing some serious over topping but the dude cooked her grub anyways and made it work. Thought that was nice of him. Had it been me I probably would have been flagged for a personal foul. I think they should offer the one gallon bucket challenge. Eat that and you get it for free.
