Visited their photo department today and the older man working is GRUMPY! He has no type of customer service. I asked him for help with the self service photo booth and was so Annoyed! Besides the service, using the kiosk to print holiday cards is the way and inexpensive way to go! Oh, did I mention it’s Faster! You’ll get your pictures in 30 minutes, depending on how many prints and # of people ahead of you. They always offer coupons you can click on! Would be of greatest help to find a staff that KNOWS how to use the self service booths and is PATIENT. Typically, Walgreens offer a USB cable to load pictures from camera or phone. Just need to ask.

I visited this store at 9:40pm. The store closes at 10pm so I understand an employees readiness to head home however the customer service that I received from this store was absolutely horrendous. First when my brother and I walked in the door we were greeted by one of the employees. He said «Welcome to Walgreens» which I thought was nice, until he said, very audibly, «Get your stuff and get out.» I was not pleased by this but let it go. We picked up the items we were looking for and headed out. We went to check out and the same employee was at the register. We walked up and he asked if we were ready to check out. We said yes and his response was «too bad I’m on my break» then he chuckled and started to check up out. He rang up the purchase and it rang up at full price. When I questioned it he made some snide comment about it then said he would change the price. Again, that was nice but the way he was acting was like I was lying and that he was doing me a favor. Took him a few tries to make the change and during the process he said «crap» a few times. Then finally after that was fixed I swiped my card. During this whole interaction his foot was up where the bags sit and he was incredibly casual and had a care free attitude. Then he grabbed the receipt and bag and thrust in it my face and said «take your crap and get out.» That is when I had it. If I could have found a manager I would have told them this whole story however this «spectacular» employee was the only person to be found. Just the worst customer service I have ever received. This employee needs some better training or something because clearly he has no idea how to talk to customers who are making purchases in this store. I hope to never interact with this employee ever again.

Adequate Walgreens, ok staff, nothing atypical here. Usually able to get my Rx here in a timely manner.
