Zoom & Groom Mobile Pet Care

Zoom and groom has been grooming mine and my mother’s dogs for over 5 years. We have large dogs and 2 are hard to handle but senette was able to handle them with care. She took extra care to make sure our dogs were comfortable and had a good experience. After a few visits our dogs became accustomed to the equipment and started looking forward to her visits. Zoom and groom is prompt, affordable and reliable.

As you may have read, I have posted a wonderful review for Sennette — she has been grooming our two dogs for almost a year now. Her last visit was on November 12^th. We have two dogs, Clancy, a 4-​year-​old Poodle and Vinnie, an 11-​year-​old Yorkie, who absolutely adored Sennette. When he saw her van outside, he rushed down off the back of the sofa and shoved Clancy aside so he could be first, then he leaped up into her arms. He absolutely adored her and she always made him so beautiful. I say adored because we lost our Vinnie suddenly just that Friday night. He jumped up onto my husband’s lap, and gave him a lick and then he died. We knew he had the trachea problem that many Yorkies had and his precious little heart just gave out. He didn’t suffer — but he was BEAUTIFUL. Sennette, we can only thank you for the joy you gave our little boy. We’re all kind of lost right now, but we knew he was happy and that’s what matters the most.

Because we have an elderly dog with bad hips and a newly adopted rescue that is dealing with trust issues, we thought we’d try a mobile groomer. Senette was prompt and uses her own water. She began with our elderly dog and moved to the puppy. She did a good job on our older dog, but when it came to the puppy I was not happy how she treated her. I didn’t stay outside next to the van but watched from a window and she was shoving and pulling her around roughly. I went out a few times and she made negative remarks about how «willful» she was and how she needed confidence. I realize she didn’t know the dog’s history, but there was no need to yank her around. Perhaps she was having a bad day, but I would not recommend her services.
