We hired HRS to finish our family basement and were extremely disappointed. Although our initial interactions with the company owner were positive and he seemed very interested in our satisfaction with the job, this soon changed. The work was poorly done and we had to threaten the contractor to get him to fix what had been done. He turned us over to another contractor that he had hired to work on the job. He stopped taking our calls and wouldn’t come to the job site; only when we threatened to take him to small claims court were we able to get any action. A job that was originally estimated to take 6 – 8 weeks dragged on for 4 months. I would NOT recommend working with this company.
