DoubleTree Club by Hilton Hotel Springdale

Ehhhhh. Not as schmancy as a regular Double Tree but yet about the same price. Our room was standard — nothing really that sticks out except for a microwave and larger fridge which were nice to have on hand.
Room service menu is a bit small but we enjoyed the breakfast (for 10 bucks a person) in the morning. There was an omelet and waffle bar, good bacon, fruit, cereal and pastries.
The indoor pool and hot tub is the selling point for me to return!

Loved this place! The friendly staff was amazing! We enjoyed the manager’s reception and were treated to a an extra strawberry, chocolate whipped cream dessert. The wine pours exceeded generous! We will be back!

Had never stayed at this property before, but it was exactly as others have described: very clean, friendly staff, and comfortable beds. John — the owner/​operator greeted us with a smile and was helpful to make us feel at home! The breakfast was really good and reasonably priced. Would absolutely stay her again.

Myself and my little family stopped at this hotel on the way to visit family for Thanksgiving. We stayed one night and left Thanksgiving morning 2014. I found a great rate online for a room and was MORE than pleased with how our stay turned out. This place was exceptional in every way. Really. The room was very clean and the staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Check out was a breeze and the guy at the front desk… wish i knew his name… was the highlight. He was so friendly and joking around with my kids. He even called us that night to tell us we had left our phone charger in our room. That is above and beyond in my book. Breakfast was great the next morning and when we went to pay we were told that our breakfast had been paid for by someone. I looked at my husband and asked him if we were being Punked or on some hidden camera tv show bc I’ve never had such a wonderful experience at a hotel before. Thank you so much Doubletree for setting the standard. I now try to book with Doubletree exclusively when i travel if at all possible.

Hotel was clean. Staff was friendly. check hotel prices with kayak because I got a better deal than what was posted on the Hilton honors site. I paid 110 and the rate they quoted us was 180 a night. So much for being a Hilton honors club member.

This place was clean and the staff was friendly. I give an average rating because the room prices were nearly doubled due to a huge bikers rally in the area. The $ 9.95 breakfast was no better than what I get at Hampton Inn or Drury Inn for free.
The prior reviews mentioned good beds; however my wife and I both thought they were a bit on the lumpy side… but I like a very firm mattress so this is just a personal preference.
They did have a TV in the bar but when I asked what the house bourbon was, she was stumped. She then offered several whiskey’s, and finally went in back and found a bottle of Jim Beam. Drinks were over $ 10 for a double. No chips, peanuts, or other bar snacks were available. With bar prices like this, I expected a few little perks and a bartender that knows what bourbon is.
Basically I was just turned off by the price gouging, poor bar service, and the ho-​hum breakfast that should have been free.

I will try… but words can’t really express how pleasant this staff is. They treat you like family (on every shift!). The hotel is extremely clean; the breakfast is freshly made offering custom orders as well as buffet style; the offer a sauna, hot tub and pool.
They even allow us to BBQ on the rear patio. If you appreciate being treated well while you are traveling, this hotel is unmatched.

Great price but best was how comfortable the beds were!!! A good nights sleep is so important. CLEAN! And close to Fayeteville where my daughter attends school. So loved the beds!‘nnn

Very nice room and service. Breakfast was chaotic. No clean silverware, server was overwhelmed. Only one person running breakfast.

Apparently «club» means average. This Doubletree reminds me of a Hampton Inn. It does, however, have comfy beds and great showers like a Doubletree. The breakfast, which isn’t free, even to Hilton Diamond members, is laughable. It’s a decent place if you’re staying for the night. Nearby is all of the fast food joints you could wish for… some within walking distance.
