The company maintains a workforce of approximately26 persons and is divided into 3 divisions known as the Concrete Construction Division, the Geo Construction Division and the Foundation Repair Division

Our Concrete Construction Division services the Northwest Arkansas area including Fayetteville, Springdale, Rogers and Bentonville.

The Geo Construction and Foundation Repair Divisions service the entire state of Arkansas as well as portions of Southwest Missouri and Eastern Oklahoma.

The Foundation Specialities, Inc Concrete Division specializes in poured concrete structures.

History

Established in 1972.

Foundation Specialties, Inc. has seen extensive growth throughout the years. There are currently three main divisions that we focus on: Foundation Repair is an authorized dealer of Basement Systems™ and Foundation Supportworks™ products, Concrete Construction which deals mostly in poured concrete walls and basements, and Geo-​Structural the deals with various commercial projects with specialized drilling needs.

Meet the Manager

Marianne G.

Manager

Marianne has worked for Foundation Specialties, Inc. for a total of 9 years. Starting as a part-​time employee, while attending college in 2003, she worked her way into a full time position, she then took on the role of Office Manager until August of 2010. At that time, Marianne moved out of the state and then, upon her return, came back to work for our company in June of 2013 as the Marketing Director.

Marianne adds value to our company through her daily duties such as: internet marketing, social media interaction, managing the call center, networking and other various administrative duties. She has completed extensive leadership training, project management courses and participates in on-​going marketing training that help in her current position.

Marianne loves the freedom that her job affords to effectively network with a variety of people and to work autonomously. In her spare time, she likes to: fish, camp, go to the lake, attend Jazzercise, and travel.
