Customer service has never been an issue with me.
Store empty when I pulled up. Then 4 customers showed up at the same time. Great organisation, another team member came out to assist. I was able to use the tape to seal box and add label I printed. USPS makes you buy tape so that was a plus for me. In and out less than 5 minutes.

I’m not sure why the other reviews are so negative. I was initially afraid of coming to this location and instead took my business to the UPS on merrick. However, out of convenience, it’s next to Stop & Shop, we came here.
Since we usually drop off our items, it’s a quick transaction. We do everything we have to at home, print out shipping labels, tape it up. Why do it at UPS.
There usually is no line, but it doesn’t take very long either. This is the actual UPS company store, there’s usually just one person working there in the front and he’s always been courteous.
The one on Merrick that’s only a few minutes away have really friendly staff if you really demand extra attention…

horrible customer service will not ever use again ! that are not customer friendly what so ever will use the usps for all my shipping needs and request that anything shipped to me be used by that method

He’s a little bit of history before it was ups used to be a telephone company it’s not a bad place it’s just that right around Christmas time I tried to get a job as a drivers helper they claim they need it all these people help but they never called no matter how many times I called I never got a call back. The place is good don’t get me wrong that’s the best thing that ever happened it’s just that when you say you going to call somebody at least call them or send out an email and some of the drivers don’t knock on the door before I even get to the door to leave the package there one time they left two packages on the floor somebody stole them so teacher drivers if nobody’s home take the package back cuz tomorrow is another day I hope that you can rectify this problem. Christmas time I will try to be a drivers helper I’ve been living in Queens over 20 years Home Depot used to be a shoe polish company. Thank you for your time.
