PLEASE DON’T GO HERE.
Here are the reasons why?
1. I made an appointment to view a Jaguar XF. Drove for an hour to reach the location only to know that the car I wanted was not in a drivable condition. The moron (Daniel Craig) who arranges the appointments was apparently sleeping when he spoke with me. When asked, the sales guy told me that there was an issue with the door panel (which we could see was ripped apart).
2. They tried to sell me a new version of the similar model which was $ 9500 more than the car I wanted. As it was my preferred brand, I asked then run me thru the numbers as I was interested to buy it.
Now the real stuff, they asked me if I was in the college in the last one year. My answer was NO. And that’s it that adds $ 745 to the car value.
Next question, are you in the Army — NO. This added another $ 945 to the bill
Next question, Did you previously buy a car from us — NO. This adds another $ 655 to the bill.
So, over all they added $ 2345 to the price of the car. And then they say I have to finance with them for at least 6 months when I clearly told them I can pay all the money in one shot and don’t need to finance.
Glad they didn’t ask me if I shit in the last one year and add an extra charge for that.
This is icing on the cake:
Looking at the numbers, I preferred to go back to my original choice. As the sales man said the door panel had issues, I asked them for an ETA. Now, the MANAGER steps in and says the car actually has differential issues and not simple cosmetic issue.
I simply got off the chair to leave as I could not bear the non sense. The sales manager now tries to sell me a BMW 5 series. Argh… God save common sense.

Don’t be fooled by the price posted online! They charge $ 2,500 dollars to the sale price. Before I went, they told me specifically that there is absolutely no dealer fee associated with the sale over the phone. Drove three and half hours only to find out this. When I asked them why they did not tell me that before my departure, they asserted that the representatives are not allowed to tell the customer of the dealer fee. Sounds like a «reasonable explanation»!

Horrible car dealership. THEY WILL BAIT AND SWITCH.
My dad called about a BMW X6 TWICE 2 hours before we arrived and we were assured that the car was there. We arrived two hours later and we got some bs about how there was a deposit on the car already and the car is out being delivered. WITHIN THAT TWO HOURS PERIOD. Then they manage to try and get my brother to buy older and higher mileage cars at a much higher price. All sleazy salesmen. Do not go here.

Bought a car from here 2 years ago. Came back for my 2^nd car. The process was just as easy and hassle free as the first time. This time they even shipped it to Florida for me! I hate dealing with the usual dealerships but these guys make it easy! I suggest stopping in if you’re in the market for a car!

Just recently purchased my second car from here, everyone was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I saw the car online, called Mark and negotiated the deal with him over the phone, he provided me with detailed pictures of the interior and exterior and emailed them to me. He also sent me both the autocheck and carfax history and we came to an agreement on price. He even helped with setting up transportation to my home in Colorado. Car came exactly as was described and I was kept informed along the whole process by both the dealership and the transportation company.
Truly a hassle free transaction!

Drove 1 hr to come purchase a car which i was confirmed it was there 3 hrs prior, I arrive and they say the car is not available anymore… the car is not in stock, not on the lot, not there at all. Why did they tell me the car is there? They lowered the car price online just a week ago, so they are very unethical. I will make a formal complaint to NJ consumer affairs.
Wasting peoples time and not owning up to the their bait and switch tactics…
How are they still in business? (over 100 cars on their lot but yet they still get cars sold?
I definitely know something illegal is going on at this place.
This is not speculation, its an educated assumption because I worked at a car dealer before…

FALSE ADVERTISING. BAIT AND SWITCH. The district attorney needs to do something. Drove all the way to find out this car that was confirmed to be there 30 minutes ago just diapered because they found some «problem» with it. Now they want to sell me an older car for more money than is actually advertised online.

Please Do Yourself a Favor and Stay away from this place! They advertise at a very low price to get you into their dealership once you their the find a list of reasons why their price wasn’t that it is on the website. The will mark up their price and force you to buy their faulty vehicles. I had the worst car buying experience ever with them and still dealing with the loss… because of their shady business.

This place is a waste of your time. They added on around $ 3500 in fees on top of the base price of $ 19 500 for a used vehicle. When asking any questions about the fees, I was met with extremely aggressive sales tactics, constant interruptions and changing prices, and evasive indirect responses. AVOID at all costs; waste of time.

Our experience was 3 years ago, but nonetheless, 21^st Century Auto Group ripped us off!
I would like to explain that my husband and I were first time buyers, at that time. We did not know what fees were mandatory or not. In 2012, we went in to purchase a 2011 Subaru STI that was listed online for $ 28,950. The Sales Associate who was «helping» us, knew little english and barely any sales experience. He constantly needed to ask one of his co-​workers for help. By the end of the sale, we left with the car for close to $ 37,000! All because of fees they told us was mandatory, which only later we found out weren’t.
This week I’ve been looking to trade in my SUV for another car. I saw the car I wanted listed for an amazing deal; nearly $ 5,000 below market value! But then, I noticed it was located at this dealership. I quickly realized the car is listed at this price just to lure customers in, only to pack on the fees. NO WAY!

AVOID THIS PLACE!
Bait and switch
Before you know it this dealership added 2,500 to the sale price. They have for example, a 14,000 car on auto trader. When you arrive they say you should have read the fine print. The advertised price is for current veterans and so forth.
This is illegal. Nowhere in the add did I see any ‘notice of discounts’.
Restroom is disgusting, unhealthy (drain pipes uncovered) and broken. 2 out of 3 toilets broken. They play all the old tactics of trying to take your credit card or license so you cannot leave.
They try and get you to buy 3,000 worth of insurance.

This is my second car that I bought at this location. But this time they jerked me. Only after i started paying my car, I noticed they over charged me. NEVER AGAIN!

Crooks don’t waist your time, false advertisement, they just want to get you there and try to sell you another car but the one you see online and came for is never there.

All I can say is wow! This dealer not only has a vast array of high end luxury vehicles at a competitive market price, their staff is all cream of the crop. Every body I met through out my buying process was a 10+year veteran and not some kid practicing on me how to sell a car during is summer vacation break like some dealerships down the street.
I was in the market for a BMW 7 series and I have to be honest, century auto had an assortment of 7series with more variety than several other BMW dealerships I visited.
Ray was my sales man and as mentioned earlier, he had experience working in all the high end dealerships and was certainly knowledgable about all the options that my new to me 7series had. BMW, you should take some pointers from 21 century auto!
The showroom was something out of a Holywood movie with lines of high end luxury and exotic vehicles.
These guys Have the right mixture of quality, quantity, knowledge, professionalism and honesty. Will deff recommend.

I wish I read the reviews prior to dealing with these crooks.
Saw a Cayenne GTS on
and paid them a visit. Car was advertised for 36,000 but when it came time to sign, I was presented with another 5,000 in dealer prep fees as well as 700 in documentation charges. All in all managed to bargain down to 39k flat with taxes.
The dealer prep fee includes a two month bumper to bumper warranty. IT WAS NOT HONORED! moreover, when a light bulb needed to be replaced, the technicians broke or lost the clip and had to prop the light up with foam. Not only did it give a warning message, but also caused a fire inside the headlight which consequently ruined it. New Headlight is 1,200 and after days of calling and writing emails, Mr. Zeldin (may forever cursed this p.o.s. be) offered a 500 check after me signing a paper which forever waves any and all FUTURE responsibility of this stinking dealership for whatever might occur to a car WHICH IS STILL UNDER THEIR WARRANTY.
All in all, Better Business Bureau and Attorney General have been notified and I am awaiting favorable judgement and my compensation.
STAY THE F*** AWAY FROM THEM

To say this place is SHADY is an UNDERSTATEMENT!
My sister wanted to check out this spot, after she saw a used BMW 535i out in the front and wanted to take a look at it.
From the moment we walked in, you have 10 salesperson asking you if you’re being helped or have an appt. Felt like I was walking thru the cologne section at Macy’s, where the Macy’s employee are spraying you with cologne. Very welcoming.
The salesperson we got had no communication skills whatsoever but just kept licking his lips (His breathe stunk, not making this up). The guy told us the car we were interested was sold and that too look at our other selections. We browsed around for a few minutes and to still be followed around by other salespersons asking if we are being helped. hahaha.
Finally, my sister spotted a used Lexus is250 she liked. After she pointed out the car she liked to the salesman, walked us to his desk to talk numbers. Didn’t offer to go for a test drive or to even unlock the car to check out the interior. Asked the guy for the car fax report if it was possible to view it but he kept dodging the question. Red Flag!
So the intense negotiating begins–
The salesperson never told us how much the car was from the beginning, but only the MRSP which was 41k. RED FLAG! He just kept asking us how much we are putting down and monthly payment. After we told him we were putting 10k cash down and wanted to pay under $ 350 a month. He put down the numbers on his paper and just kept circling the numbers for a while awkwardly. The guy looked as he didn’t know what he was doing and went to his 7 managers sitting behind a big desk full of computers (No walls). The managers themselves looked even shady wearing big gold chains around their necks and jump sweat suits. From we were sitting, we saw at least 5 of them trying to calculate the figures behind the computer, like if they were playing battleship with someone else online. These guys had straight poker face from a distance.
After waiting for 20mis, the salesperson noticed we were getting up to leave because we noticed how shady this place was. He power walked to us with his manager. The manager himself asked the same questions as he did and we gave him the same answers. Asked us if we liked any other cars instead, and we told him no. We even told him it’s ok if you can’t meet the price we want, that’s not a problem we just wanted to leave. Manager walks away and said let me talk to the owner.
We waited 20 minutes again. We just couldn’t wait any longer and got up and the salesperson came power walking again to us and said ok we can make out a deal. When we asked for the price to the car, he still had the MSRP price and not the used car price we wanted to know. Then he asked, «So that 10k down, is it going to be cash, credit card or bank check?»
We just walked away…
Conclusion
All these guys are street hustlers from the very beginning you walk in this place. They’re quick to get your money and move on to the next. I’m surprised it’s even open for business to the public. I think they were even sued before for false advertising? If you want to buy overpriced used salvage cars, this is your place.

my boyfriend and i were trying to check out a 2013 fully loaded w/​technology package acura ilx for $ 18,000 as it was listed on
. We walked in there and the sales person greeted us, he was nice but he didn’t really say much just straight up business.
So when we got to the car and checked everything out everything was in tip top condition however, when we saw the sticker price it said $ 22,000, huh that’s funny. my boyfriend and i thought well maybe the 18,000 was the discounted price.
We went back to the dealers desk and talked numbers however, everything was so shady.
1. he tried to charge us with dealer’s fee for $ 3,500 (before we came to this dealer we went to a toyota dealer to check another car out and NO! toyota or any well known dealers do not charge you with this fee! (BEWARE!!!)
2. he tried to charge us with doc fees for $ 700. WHAT??? how do i know that this is too much?
because when we went to toyota they broke down everything for us, and doc fees should be $ 300+ no more than $ 400. (BTW, when i showed him the paper that toyota gave me for the doc fees, he immediately scratched the number off and changed it to $ 375).
Although we didn’t test drove the car, we were still interested in it because it looked very new and when my boyfriend checked the engine and it seemed fine.
As we were waiting for the guy to come back from calling the bank and sort everything out so we can seal the deal. We waited and waited and waited UNTIL 2 HOURS PASSED BY AND THE GUY FINALLY CAME BACK WITH IM GUESSING HIS MANAGER SAYING «THE CAR WAS ALREADY SOLD»
it gets me so mad that we wasted 2 hours of our time making a deal and waiting thinking that we would be able to drive this car home and coming back empty handed.
the manager was very «apolegetic» he tried to sell us with other cars that they have such as BMW or LEXUS or anything luxury but we just walked out!

I looked at a car on
for $ 37,500. I asked if they still had the car for sale, and they made me an appt to see the car. I went, and when i arrived, they were somewhat nice about it. However, they said that the Porsche Cayanne S 2012 I was looking at didn’t pass inspection. Then, he changed his story and contradicted himself by now saying it was sold to someone else. I complained to my guy’s supervisor, who then turned me to HIS supervisor, Tom. He said he’d take care of it and told me to stick around and have a seat. I was there waiting aimlessly for a half hour until they tried to sell me a different car! This is a scam. They were rude, unhelpful, and misleading. I would not recommend this dealership. I drove 50 miles for no reason. Stay away!

Hidden Fees… 54 complaints at BBB…
I and my wife were looking for a car advertised at $ 26,388 we made an appointment and went to 21 century auto group. When I arrived they showed us the car, however it had a sticker for $ 36,995 on the window. They tried to get us to test drive the car before discussing the $ 10,000 discrepancy between the advertised price and the window sticker. They told me that the advertised price did not include a $ 2400 dealer processing fee. They had also $ 900 other fees. They were also very rude and arrogant to me and my wife.
They use
to lure people but they do not disclose the excessive fees.
We wished we checked their reviews at Unilocal and other places online before we wasted our time. This is a horrible place !!!
They have very bad records;
