99 Restaurant & Pub

This restaurant was where I had my first date with my boyfriend about 14 years ago. I have always come back. Such friendly wonderful wait staff and alwas a pleasant hostess. Food has always been great. I love this restaurant!!!

Visited on a Saturday with a party of nine for a pre Christmas get together with family. I have been wanting to try chicken pot pie for some time after many visits to various other 99 restaurants in the western mass area and finally ordered it. Pot pie was very good. It had plenty of tender chicken along with the usual pot pie ingredients mixed in. The pie was very good size, enough for two people and i might add that the crust which i think is the most important part was scrumptious. Rest of party ordered various meals, smothered tips, burgers, salads and also vegan dishes. There were no complaints at all and service was good.

It’s a shame I need to give Springfield Liberty street Ninety Nine a one star reveiw. My Husband and I are loyal frequent visitors of the Ninety Nine! Visiting everyweekend. Sometimes 2 or 3 times a week. After several disappointing visits at the Memorial Drive Chicopee, Ma. Location we decided to try the NinetyNine on Liberty Street in Springfield. We have been very pleased with each visit ! We know all the wait staff from going so much and everything has been very good until tonight!):
After a long exhausting day at work I decided to. Stop at The 99 liberty street spfld. For dinner. I was starving since I hadn’t eaten all day!
I ordered something differant then what I normally get. I had ordered the salmon because I had it a few days ago at 99 in Westspringfield and it was awesome!
Well it came out and it looked terrible! I took a bite and it was so dried out it tasted like it was microwaved !! So I returned it for what I always get something I can’t go wrong with. After waiting and waiting and waiting sipping on my wine while I wait out comes my lobster roll! OMG ! It was a joke! Honestly a joke! I should have taken a picture! Awful! 3 tiny prices of lobster meat in a pretty empty hotdog roll! Meanwhile the next table gets a lobster roll that looks like its supposed to look! Loaded with lobster meat’
I was so upset! Meanwhile the Mgr. who is the WORST Mgr. ever!!! Comes over and tells me the State Law says I have to pay for my wine but I don’t have to pay for my food!
Well no kidding!!! I didn’t eat any of it!!!
Awful !! Never ever again! I’m done with 99! This Mgr. used to be at Memorial drive Chicopee location. They moved him to Springfield. I had called Corporate about him when he was at Chicopee location. They must have just promoted him to Springfield ! Smart!

Of all the 99 locations I have been to this place is hands down the best. Great apps, salads and entries. Portion wise I’m always walking out with tomorrow’s lunch. We always sit at the bar because the bar staff is friendly, professional and make a good drink. One disappointment I have is the very limited selection of beer on tap. Not a imported beer to be had but hey, I’ll live.

I try this place every so often and am always sorry. The food just is not good. They served mashed potatoes with some weird white sauce and onions on top and the squash was awful. Just can’t do this place.

Of all the 99 locations I have visited, this one was top of the heap! The food was very fresh and tasteful. The lobster roll was good, could have eaten another one if we hadn’t stuffed ourselves on those delicious potatoe skins, and I’m not a skins fan at all. Highly recommend this location. I will be back

We’ve been coming here after redsox wins and getting free kids meals ! It’s been pretty rare but the food is great and the kids love it too.

my girlfriend and i always have great experiences when we are here, the waiters/​waitresses are all so friendly, but our best waitress by far was Catherine, so if you go ask if shes working. the food is always hot and the beer is always ice cold, i would recommend this particular 99 restaurant over most that i have been to.

Great regulars, great communal atmosphere, and in general a lot of fun. Food is quite good, good beer on tap (domestic and local, including BBC). Staff is excellent and fun, and Thursday night trivia is also a lot of fun. Overall, a great experience.

The Liberty Plaza 99 will get the highest review from me, because it is consistently excellent. Great service, drinks, and menu. The food is cooked to order, always hot and delicious! There are so many regulars that I can hear the Cheers theme song as I walk through the door.
