A-1 Boot & Shoe Repair

Took a pair of boots, the soles had completely worn out, when I picked them up they looked like I had just bought them.

This place is horrid. The WORST customer service we’ve experienced in our lives. My mom had been recommended to bring her Chestnut colored UGGs here for a light cleaning. She had rarely wore them having received them as a gift last Christmas. These boots were sitting in their store front window to «dry» off and on for this time period. We were originally told ONE week to pick them up. It has been over THREE weeks today. Finally today we had enough and were taking them whether they were «done» or not. Well, were we ever in for a treat! The guy brings us the boots to see. The exterior of the boots was scrubbed raw. They were discolored all over. They had black stains at the top part of the shaft. He said to us he shampooed them four times and couldn’t get them clean. Umm, who shampoos UGGs!!! We are disgusted with the service and dishonesty of this small business.

I had a bad experience with a pair of shoes that this place supposedly repaired. The worker was kind. The price was ok. The work was bad. I have not returned.
I found another shoe place near the intersection of National & Battlefield.
