Action Lock Doc

Was the first locksmith company i found in the yellow pages., Decided to give them a call. Told them i didn’t have a lot of money. I couldn’t turn the key in my deadbolt. They arrived super quick on a Saturday evening! Unbelievable, yes i know. Found out the pins inside key entry dropped. I thought i was looking at addition fees for the extra work he had to performed. He ended up having to drill my deadbolt out cuz it was completely jammed. He pulled out a stripped screw out of the door which was also hindering my lock and replaced it with a new deadbolt he had in his work van. He didn’t even ask me for any additional money to replace it. He did it out of the goodness of his heart. So to make a long story short, if you are in the Springfield area or close by, give this company a call, you will be completely pleased with the affordable price, professionalism, and urgency. These guys know what they are doing and the guy is even pleasant to joke around with if you are having a bad day.
