I am a believer in sound business concepts and training – great things can be achieved with the knowledge of both! I work with owners and managers of both large and small businesses who are ready to initiate a change. This change can be a new venture, a complete overhaul, or a smaller adjustment in an existing process or procedure. Before founding Activate, as a manager and college business teacher, I learned how to apply my MBA and instructional design knowledge to training and business improvement strategies that work. A self-​proclaimed «business nerd,» when I’m not talking or thinking business, you can find me in Springfield, MO doing anything crafty or creative, remodeling or redecorating my home, or cuddling with what my friends and family refer to as my «petting zoo» of animals – nine total if you count the chickens. I bring to the table a true love for business and the energy, education, experience, and excitement to help you Activate your business.
