We’ve hired this company twice now. They were great both times. First, we had squirrels getting into our attic. We initially contracted with a different company that was terrible and ineffective. Alexandria Pest came in and solved the problem quickly, efficiently, and for a fairly reasonable price.
A few months later, I thought the squirrels may be gaining access through another entry point. Alexandria Pest had clearly and effectively closed off the initial entry point, but they came out to check for other possible entries. They were very thorough and kind about re-​investigating the situation, and thankfully, determined that the squirrels were not getting in again.
We also hired Alexandria Pest to treat for ants. This was just a few days ago, but it seems to have been effective so far. We have seen a few dead ants, but only one or two live ones since they treated. I felt that the ant treatment was a little on the pricey side, but they do give a 6-​month warranty. If I don’t see an ant for 6 months, this will be well worth the money spent.
The service team has been kind, courteous, and they even wear booties inside the home! They also have a helpful receptionist and quick response time. My husband and I recently purchased our first home, so we have hired many contractors over the past 9 months. Alexandria Pest is probably the best customer service we have experienced.
