History
Established in 1998.
My career in the specialty mobile electronics industry began in 1981, shortly after I was honorably discharged from the U.S. Navy. I was a professional installer in the beginning, but became a staff technical trainer, and then on the the many levels of management at many different store locations in Illinois and Iowa. I opened Benchmark in 1998, after Team Electronics, a local store which closed in 1996.
