Worst medical facility I Have ever been to. I was told to call for my test results 3 days ago and keep getting told someone will call me back. On my third attempt, they advised someone tried calling and it was the wrong number. I confirmed they had the right number and there was no attempt to call me. I was told I needed to understand the doctors see patients all day. Hello?! I am a patient too. I have never had to chase down my own results and this is a poor way of managing a medical practice. I will never return back.
I should have checked the reviews prior to going as I now see I’m not the only one who has received subpar service.

Secretarial staff was unprofessional at check in. Talking about personal things while collecting my insurance info and copay. Physician, dr Singh, was terrible. I felt like I was in the middle of a hard sell … He was trying to sell me more services — insisted that I see him for a physical. I go to physicians regularly and All I wanted was a strep test. Will never return.

Years ago when I started as a patient the service and personnel just seemed ‘professional’. Now it seems lax. The front desk not only signs in patients but also answers calls making the person sitting in the chair feel like a eaves dropper. Having an appointment is a joke. It guarantees nothing the wait has grown longer and longer. There is no follow up or check in advising the waiting patient of status.

Horrible. Malpractice.
My wife had ear pain, and the «doctor» looked in her ear and said she had an infection.
After antibiotics failed to alleviate the pain, my wife then saw a real ENT, who removed a deep wax plug.
The quack at Carestation didn’t even pay attention to what he was looking at. He «looked» in her ear and did not notice a deep wax plug completely blocking the ear canal.
We are going to sue.

Came here for a quick MMR shot. It took over an hour of waiting in the waiting room. Then I met with medical assistant for 5 minutes. They charged me a ‘specialist’ fee and didnt even see a real doctor. Will not be coming back here ever again — even for a real emergency. This is place is run like a factory and just trying to get as much people and as much money as they can. There are plent other places to go.

I have been going here for a couple of years now (once for an emergency, once for vaccine booster shots, and a few times for regular yearly check-​ups) and have never had an issue until recently.
I went in for a routine annual check-​up 3 weeks ago, and felt like I was kind of skipped over. I completed a vision test (looking at a chart and reading letters), an EKG, and they took my blood pressure and temperature… but that was literally it. My ears weren’t checked, I didn’t do the usual hearing test, and no one listened to my heart beat or felt my pulse. I know it’s just a basic check-​up, but isn’t there supposed to be a little bit more? No one even asked me any questions besides, «Have there been any problems or changes?»
They convinced me to get blood work done since I didn’t get it done last year (I got it done 2 years ago) and stated that someone will call me when the results come in. It’s been 3 weeks now, I’ve called twice already inquiring about my results, the woman answering the phone said my results ARE in fact in and that «a provider will call me back to discuss my results,» but this still hasn’t happened. In my opinion, this is not normal.
What if there is something seriously wrong? It only takes a week for results to come back in (I know from my previous experiences here), why hasn’t anyone called me back? Do I just have to keep calling and calling until I randomly choose a time that happens to be the doctor’s lunch break and they can talk to me? This is ridiculous.

Thank goodness this place doesn’t have the word «urgent» care facility in its name. It is the most lackadaisical facility you can find in New Jersey/​New York. No sense of respect, care, or timeliness towards its sick/​ill patients. Just to receive paperwork you can expect to wait an hour. Once finally seen by the doctor, he was incredibly rude and argumentative about what symptoms you are showing. Possibly the most bizarre doctors visit I’ve ever been to. For future I will take either the extra days to go a real doctor or pay extra costs for a hospital.
