My wife and I stopped by late on a Thursday night right before they were about to close and they were patient and explained all of our options. They came out to our house and measured our rooms free of charge. Once we pulled the trigger on a color and style I was able to call in and place the order over the phone. Carpet was installed perfectly the next morning before 9am. From the sales staff to the installers they were professional through and through.

Recently had a flood in basement and was in need of a quick and reliable carpet installation. Called carperfair estimator was out to my home within a few hrs. Rick was a gentleman from start to finish did all the measurements and called office to make sure they had meas. when I arrived later that nite. Met with 2 gentleman that evening and had carpet installed next day in time for Thanksgiving dinner. Thanks for the great service.

We are delighted with our new carpet! The staff at Carpet Fair was so helpful and patient during the long process of choosing what I wanted. They provided me with samples of every shade that I was considering to help me make the perfect choice for our needs. Both the price and the quality of the carpet were excellent.
The carpet installation team paid attention to every detail. Great care was taken on the steps and entrances to the room. The seam is truly invisible! After a long day of work on the installation, they cleaned everything up and took every trace of the old carpeting and padding away. I can’t say enough good things about our experience at Carpet Fair. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else!
